female cycles

My girlfriend has been asking me a lot of questions recently about gear an what would be good for her to try. I recommend 5mg of var for 8 weeks but I'm very unfamiliar with female cycles. I might hire her a coach that specializes in females but figured I'd see what you guys gotta say.

Her stats:
31 done with kids
5'6"
115#
Bf 16% guess
Her diet is typically 80% clean

She looks great but wants a edge like the rest of us.

What do you think some of these ifbb pro figure girls run in terms of cycles?

I don't think you want your gf running the same gear/amounts that the pros are running.

If you get her on some var make sure it's legit and she knows the risks.
 
I'm not saying I want her on pro cycles I was just curious on what their cycles look like.

I was thinking var as well but I'd hate for her to end up getting dbol. An it's hard to find 5mg tabs.
 
10mg tabs work fine for most women. I know of one recently that took 10mg per day and had good results and it was her first time running anything.
 
7 weeks I think. She probably should've ran it for 10 weeks, but she didn't want to push it her first time. She had belly aches for the first week or so, but after that she was fine. It was Pharmacom var
She was 37 years old and has been training hard for several years.
 
Do some research on low LOW doses of test p. My wife does short cycles (3 weeks at the most ) and she gets crazy good strength and it makes her a roaring kitty cat in the bed.....not kidding. Like I said read up on it.
There are sides that will appear so watch out and when they start to show stop and clean out for a while

I think the best bet is to start iff with some legit var, pharma grade if you can get it would be best, expensive. My wife likes it at 10mgs a day. From there you can look into oral winny at 5mgs a day or even primo if she really gets into cycling.

My wife has had no virilization and we always keep a close on eye on everything. Women will obviously respond better to compounds that are more anabolic than androgenic.

The ifbb girls run all different amounts, because theres different catagories. I imagine bikini wouldn't use any AAS at all.

Imo for women its all about bodyfat, once they are lean even the smallest amount of muscle they put on their smaller frames will really change the look. I would suggest just a good clean diet lots of hard training and maybe some clenbuterol if she has trouble losing it. Get her to try HIIT training for a month or two and then slow down the pace a little and head towards more hypertrophic training.

Personally i like a good physique on a chick but most guys just want lean and fit.

@Isaac she's definitely in great shape, has bicep and shoulder veins an a few visible veins on her belly in the morning.

You brought up some good points as far as a woman and goals. Most women could give a shit about muscle and just want to be skinny, no aas necessary for that. When my wife did var she did a recomp for sure, weighed the same post cycle as before cycle. She lost a lot of fat but also added some quality muscle. Her arms got definition and a little bicep, quads are defined more and shoulders too.
 
keep your girl away from test prop. sarms would be very appealing to women who are starting to cycle. sarms will put on lean muscle mass with little to no sides. lgd-4033, ostarine, andarine, mk-677
 
Don't look into test p bro trust me there are way better alternatives, that's just crazy. Low does tbol works great on females as well.
 
This bothers me to no end!! They dont understand how being skinny without muscle just looks flabby and pathetic!
I see too many girls with sausage legs that have no curve or shape.
Shit fucking pisses me off!

Dude it used to bothers me too. My wife used to be like that, all cardio and shitty cardio at that. I got her in the gym to lift after she had our baby. Now shes all about the iron and talks shit about those skinny flabby girls. She has become one of the strongest girls in my gym.
