female dnp advice

Stats: female 29 years old, 5'1" 114 lbs about 19% bf.

I just received my 100mg dnp powder caps. Need some advice on how to properly take them. I have read up a lot on this drug and want to maintain a low dose cycle for 10-14 days

option 1 - take 100mg am & 100mg pm
option 2 - take 200mg am / no pm
option 3 - take 200mg pm only

Thoughts??? Experienced users please reply. All others "dont do it, you're gonna die" please save your breath. I am looking for constructive critique here.

I know it has a 36 hours half life. So on day 2 I will have 300mgs in my system, then on day 4 I will have 350mgs, am I calculating this correctly??

I'm definitely going to maintain my workouts 5x/week. Keeping the cardio light and regular weight routine during the cycle.

Carbs: LOTS of fruit, sweet potato, ezekiel bread (limited amounts)
protein: chicken, tilapia, egg whites, greek yogurt
supplementing with V-8 for potassium & vitamin E for antioxidants
1 gal of water/ day

Make sure you take the fat soluble vitamins with a meal. I would also throw in alpha lipoic acid and vit c (in addition to fruits). Make sure you get enough fluids, depending on how much v8 you drink, you may want to hit 2 gallons. Especially on workout or light cardio days. Be careful with the cardio.

DNP or not, vitamin d + fish oil are excellent for general health and mood. Majority of the population is deficient in vitamin d, you cannot enough from diet and it's rare to get enough from regular sun exposure.

Ephedrine + Caffeine dosed 3x a day can help combat lethargy and cravings.

There's a chart floating around with accumulated dnp doses, maybe if you google "dnp accumulation" or "dnp peak" or something you'll come across it, but how you dose it (2x or 1x) is up to you. Most people go for higher at once because they have 200 or 250 mg caps.

Don't overdo it on the fruit. Yes they're helpful in every way and the fructose/vitamins help with lethargy, but there's still a shit load of calories/sugar so take this into account, you're still on a diet (as crazy as it is).

Also don't die.

Also, some people are prone to an allergic reaction. Swelling, rashes, whatever... if this happens, go for benadryl, and re-evaluate if it's time to stop prematurely.

I don't really know exactly how linear dnp functions for differing bodyweights, but I know it's generally accepted to use "mg per kg" as if it was perfectly proportional. Going off this, and to be safe, it might be a good idea to do days 1-4 @ 100mg before upping to 200mg. Similar to how the big & fat do 200 and increase to 400. Safe is best eh.

I'm not sure I'd be keen on stopping my body's histaminic response unless I was going into anaphylactic shock. If I'm allergic to the explosives stabilizer I'm ingesting, I think discontinuance would be the most prudent course of action, not masking the symptoms. If you continue and it builds enough in your system that
Diphenhydramine won't cut it, you better have a syringe loaded with epinephrine if you don't want to claw at your windpipe with yellow stained fingers.
 
No I totally agree, kinda what I meant by "reevaluate" without lecturing / telling someone to stop. Ive heard of people ceasing use, addressing symptoms... and then trying again. But this seems insane, even for someone taking dnp. Just adding that bit since allergies arent mentioned in all of the dnp stickies that float around

Since you are so petit and have no previous experience with the drug, why not evaluate for 4 days @ 100mg/day and then step up if sides are tolerable?

It's not as if this will have to be your only run if you have success with the drug. It's always wise to evaluate the way you will react with lower doses, and one compound at a time.

Being smart about things allows you to continue to see results after other have burned themselves out.
 
That's a smart response and I have now changed my mind. I am going to run 100mgs for the first 4 days. Then I'll bump to 100mg 2x/day if I see fit. I can always run another cycle at the end of the month if this one is unsuccessful.

I think it's a safer evaluation than 200mg/day. What happened to your plan? Gotta have self control girl :D Keep that water intake up, and make sure your potassium and sodium levels stay up with all the water. Remember the half life is more like 72 hours, so even with QOD dosing, the accumulation will still build. Perhaps Q3D?

You can always increase next time. There is no reason to jeopardize your health any more than necessary on what I would consider a trial evaluation on the drug. Take it slow!

I wouldn't based on what I've read, I would just do 14, asses my results after the water weight goes down, and plan another cycle if desired. It's a powerful drug. There's no need to push it in my opinion. Unless you're getting paid $1M in 21 days to be an extra pound lighter, why take unnecessary risks? Slow and steady and you'll avoid the more serious consequences of any drug as much as can be avoided.

About 2 hours after that pill I definitely started to feel different. Warm tingly sensation, middle of the night I woke up with dry mouth which I could have slept through, but knew it was from the DNP and got up to chug 2 glasses of water. Pillow was very slighty damp this am, which made me so happy, but I swear it's just hot in the apartment.

DAY 2 1/10/14 - 100MG AM
Okay it's warm out right? or is it me? Still too soon to tell, it's a welcome change not shivering all the time.

DAY 4 1/12/14 100MG AM & 100MG PM
DAY 5 MONDAY 1/13

Definitely noticed a leaner stomach when I woke up this am, maybe its in my head. My diet has been very clean the past couple days and carbs are minimal so this could also be the reason. Anyway, feeling good, slightly warmer than usual, nothing crazy.

4:00 feeling waaarm, not enough to sweat

**I do want to note that my joints have been achy and dry since I started, just started supplementing with curcumin and taurine to offset this.
ALSO - my chest feels very tight at times, usually the hours directly following a dose. I read DNP makes your blood thicker due to lack of oxygen which can cause chest pains. This is the scariest side effect I've experienced thus far.

A buddy of mine is on day 6 or 7 of D's crystal caps. 1x for first 3 days, 2x for the rest. Happy to see you took the more modest approach with 100/200 alternating. Good luck !

He mentions it's fine and tolerable when he's at home w/ the AC, but going anywhere, work, gym, store is just hell. He's also retaining water like a mofo, and eating a lot of hell heat inducing carbs to go with it. :cool:
 
Hope you guys are getting something beneficial out my log...

I am on such a lose dose that the sides are very tolerable, especially in January. Worst part so far... the subway getting to work...

DNP 100 MG 2:00pm & 100mg 10:00p
after work gym session, weights & spin class definitely could not give 100%, feeling weak

weigh in: 116lb (gained 2lbs) but I feel thinner, hoping its water.

Woke up in the middle of the night in a decent sweat, had to flip the pillow, feels exactly like having a fever.


Day 6 1/14/14
DNP 100mg @ 1:30pm & 50mg @ 8:00pm (I broke a cap open and dumped half down the sink) I was surprised how NOT staining the yellow powder was.

Does this mean my caps are underdosed and/or cut with something?

Pretty warm in bed this night, noticed I was sweating a small amount in my sleep.

Is it possible not to retain water on DNP?

DNP today will be 100mg 10:30am & 100mg 8:00pm.

SIDE NOTES: during waking hours my temp has NOT gone above 98, but I also clock in at 97 (with this thermometer, on a normal day) However, I bet it goes higher in my sleep, that is the only time I sweat, so far...
 
Just wanted to touch on my diet real quick, feel free to critique:

My diet pretty much everyday:
9:30am 0% greek yogurt, 3 tbsp kashi cereal, berries & 1 coffee with sugarfree coffeemate
or egg whites with ham, peppers, onions (on weekends)
1:00/1:30 green salad, grilled chicken, balsamic vinegar or mustard
3:00 quest bar or piece of fruit, depending on hunger and when I'm hitting the gym
-work out-
7:00-8:30 dinner: lean protein (chicken, tilapia, salmon) over salad or vegetables
9:30 night time snack- handful of frozen grapes, sugar free hot chocolate or tea

Supplements
NAC -this will protect eyes from cataracts
Curcumin - potent antioxidant & anti-inflammatory for joints (neck/back have been soooo achy while DNP)
Mulitvitamin

I don't feel like I'm retaining any water on my cycle so far, I've been drinking near a gallon a day.

Looking good. That partially hydrogenated shit in the coffee mate is probably worse for you than DNP tho :D I'd use a small bit of half and half personally.

I don't know if it's a concern while you're using DNP, but grapes have a pretty big GI impact, so you may want to move them earlier in the day, or just change to a snack with less GI impact.

Be sure you're replenishing your potassium, sodium, magnesium, etc... With all the water consumption you don't want to drop your electrolytes too low. Can be very bad for you.

Candyskull: great advice. I need to research some better night snacks that are low GI and low carb. Also - I think that is the 2nd time you reminded about potassium! Good thing because that is definitely lacking from my diet here, thank you.

Grabbing a V-8 or coconut water with my lunch today!

Anybody have insight on water retention while on DNP? All the logs I read people say "they feel like a balloon" but I actually feel drier than usual.
