Obligatory new member post, 38 YO Female, cardio rat for the last 20 years, moving towards building lean muscle vs long duration cardio. Started focusing on protein goals and whole foods vs calories which seems to be working wonders...Hoping to still get my "vibe" trying a new workout approach, my knees are beginning to feel age from years of running. Been lurking for a few weeks, reading a lot, learning a lot. Limited experience w/ any peptides, interested in HGH....... In addition to all the smart a$$ comments on here, I've been enjoying reading others experiences, a few I've been able to relate to!
 
I just started hgh at 44(male) and I'm pleased with the changes.
Only running 4iu before bed.
Skin has definitely improved, and my abdominal fat is definitely coming off.
Sitting about 15% at 190(that's approx) and at maint calories I seem to be cutting fat.
