Hey everyone,
I'm Evan, and I'm excited to be joining the MesoRx community. I’m here to learn as much as I can about training, fitness, and the safe use of anabolic compounds. My goals revolve around building strength and improving my physique, but I also want to ensure I’m doing things the smart way—minimizing risks and maximizing the rewards.
A little about me: I'm 35, and I’ve been into fitness and lifting for some years, but only recently started considering how anabolic compounds could be a part of my journey. I've lost about 170 pounds, and while it’s been a life-changing experience, I'm now focused on building strength and reshaping my physique further, and honestly, filling out some skin. I'm especially interested in hearing from those who have experiences with managing hormone therapy, as I’m currently on TRT prescribed by my doctor. I’m exploring how to balance that effectively with strength training and nutrition.
I’m also here to contribute where I can—whether it's sharing my experiences, asking questions that others might benefit from, or just learning alongside the rest of you. I'm open-minded and understand that there's a lot of knowledge here, and I really appreciate the honest conversations people are having.
If anyone has tips for someone like me—especially when it comes to starting out safely, managing TRT alongside cycles, or just balancing everything while staying focused on health—I'm all ears.
