Female Peptide Protocol

the point of this was trying to to find an edge using PEDs without any anabolics.

Basically what i could find was some sermorelin or tesamorelin before bed combined with a ghrelin agonist such as ipamorelin or possibly ghrp-2 to increase GH.

Possibly some bpc157 and Tb500 maybe every other day when training specific muscle groups to speed up recovery.

discussion didn't go far LOL.
Did you (or women you’re helping, unclear if this was about you specifically) experiment with anything?

IMO you’re just never going to get in the ballpark of the results from anabolics and GH with peptides alone. You can get super skinny with a high dose of glp’s and maybe not feel like total shit if adding GHRH/GHRP but that’s not going to get anyone jacked.

yes, but she's in no hurry, nothing happens overnight so will take time to see results.

your not wrong. certainly not the dramatic immediate results one would gain from anadrol or anavar.

i think both are helpful tools. The glp-1s can be very helpful leading up to competition. killing food noise/reduce cortisol/inflammation, BG control ect.

In her case the object isn't to get jacked just improve on some areas that are lagging. One main focus being the shoulders. The ghrp and ghrh before bed may be giving some boost but the effects seem negligible. She went 2 months on the rhGH lypolysis protocol and the results in that period seem more pronounced.

Even though women do not have the same response as men and studies show they require a higher dosage than men the gains were noticeable, much more pronounced than observed with the secretagogues. By what mechanism i'm not sure.

The GHRH/Ps in this situation are probably best at boosting sleep and recovery, rather than directly promoting muscle growth. Definitely can have an indirect impact though. And the GLPs are definitely a great tool for diet adherence, as well as inflammation. BPC/GHK-CU/KPV could also be great tools for reducing overall inflammation. I prefer those over TB4 unless directly trying to heal an injury.

Females have higher endogenous GH production, which is why higher exogenous dosing is required for equivalent impact.

Just curious, is she trying to stay natural and avoid GH, test, anavar, etc? Or any other reason you're going peptide only route?

Good luck to her and keep us posted on how things go, nice to hear more about female protocols and results.

any anabolics yes

she's been doing this a long time and we've seen others come up on the scene and disappear as fast as they appear.

thanks, will do

Anyone know if a female would need a different dosing protocol with BPC-157? Hoping to bring some relief to my elbow and knee. Already on estradiol and will be upping my dose soon (and eventually adding in Test, too) but I am impatient and crave another boost of sorts.

No, there shouldn't really be a male to female difference; however, general protocols are all over the place (anywhere from 250mcg up to 1mg). I would suggest testing a small dose, and assuming no issues, then do 500mcg 2-2x/day for 2 weeks as a loading dose, then assess and decrease to 250-300mcg 2x/day, for 2-3 weeks, then 250-300mcg 1x/day as maintenance. You can find a zillion other protocols floating around though.
