been on TRT about a year and a half. Opted out of HCG with my TRT. The wife and I have decided we really want a baby. Well we have been trying for 3 months and zilch. Ovulation test positive the whole nine. Tested are defjnitely atrophied (poor lil guys). Can adding HCG now i to my protocol being things back fertility wise? i am currently on 80mg test cyp week split into 2 40mg doses. Thanks in advance guys.

Yes, hcg will help to bring intratesticular testosterone up and this is needed for sperm production and health. Try 1000iu of hcg eod for 3 months and do a sperm test. I was prescribed that dose by Endochronolgist. Keep an eye on estrogen through blood work and you will most likely need an AI at this dose of hcg.
