Filtering finished oils

"Terminal Sterilization", ie, heating a sealed vial to kill all bacteria is done in addition to filtering, as a quality control step to ensure absolute sterility of an injectable, killing anything not filtered out.

The irony.

On one hand we have people pushing for low heat brews.
And then people buy them and heat them at 80C for 2 hours in the oven.

How are amps sterilized? To be more specific, tren hex amps?
Gamma radiation?

Oh ok. I see where folks are at.

0.2 um filtration will sterilize the gear. Terminal sterilization ensures endotoxins are taken care of in a pharma product. We spent quite a bit of time measuring endotoxins in gear and the risk appears remote.

Me? I will just use the 0.2 um filter and call it a day. For those with lower risk tolerance they can do the TS (dont do this with tren, lol!!!).

0.2 um filtration will remove the bacteria. Look up 0.1 vs 0.2 um filtration for more fun.

I was referring to your method of sterilization and filtering, if the test came up clean then it means what you we’re doing works and we don’t need to heat it again in the oven or microwave it further.

Just trying to clarify if our simple method of transferring unfiltered oil into a sterile vial with a sterile filter is sufficient per the sterility test conducted.

Absolutely. It will be sterile with sterile filtration. The rest of it...terminal sterilization with heat is meant to address potential endotoxin/pyrogen issue.

i hate when vendors use amber colored vials, seems like they are trying to hide something,, oh they are hiding,, "lots of floaties",, if you use this, please re-filter it at the least, ,

Thats TNE badly crashed.
It doesn't crash the same way as other compounds.
It produces..snowflakes..

That vial has already been shitcanned with extreme prejudice. It's not worth all the filters it would clog up.

Interesting. Arail's TNE crystallizes into little rock candy granules at the bottom of the vial. Ava@PPL claims it's one of the orals, and just advised me to filter it out. Real stand-up vendor. 100% product satisfaction guaranteed or you're welcome to go fuck yourself.

I can attest that no reasonable amount of heat and shaking is sufficient to uncrash the snowflakes. I'd like to understand the conditions under which this could ever have looked good to ship. Was it brewed on Venus, and then crashed when exposed to terrestrial temp & pressure?
