For pump filtering only pump and filter needed. Or do you mean a vacuum pump and equipment for it?

I use a similar setup for test runs.
Literally took 5 minutes to put together.
Prototype. Making a desktop unit that is smaller.
Calf raise block with a 2x4 laid across it. Hole drilled for 10ml syringe.

All it takes is a pvdf or nylon bottletop filter (case of 12 are less than $100) 3 cfm vacuum pump (around $50 on ebay or 2.5 cfm for $50 at harbor freight) some tubing (less than $5 at home depot)
Very creative though defenitly beats a caulking gun.
