I'm going to post the whole plan for "get huge" I'm just trying to hold off yet, I need to let my body recover from all of the precontest drugs

Very interesting reading about these peptides, I don't know enough to take the plunge but I looked into them about a year ago and gave up because my head was spinning. So much back and fourth on the topic it was hard to get a good read on what one should really do, or if it was even necessary. Will keep an eye on this because I do want to eventually branch out and do this but not without a solid understanding and gameplan. Thanks for sharing.

Weeks 1-16: nandrolone aka deca 300mgs eod
Weeks 1-16: eq 200mgs eod
Weeks 16-26: masteron e 200mgs eod
Weeks 16-26: tren e 250mgs eod
Weeks 18-26 anavar 50-80mgs a day
Hgh and peptides

5ius of genotropin Ed (pharma us only gh)
Ghrp 6 morning, post workout, before bed
Igf 1 des 15 min pre workout
Igf lr3 post workout
Posting diet stuff a bit later

Couple questions: are you running the "low" dose eq (relatively speaking of course) just for appetite? Or? Why not run it the full 26?

And why no oral early on? I would have put money on it that you'd have some dbol in the mix! Thx again
 
Here's the food

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs 1 cup of egg whites 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal (sometimes I put cookie butter in them cause I'm a fat ass)

Meal 2: 10oz of chicken or 99% lean ground turkey 1 cup of white sushi rice 1/2 cup of raw nuts (cashews or almonds)

Meal 3: 70 grams of whey isolate 1/2 cup of oats (raw) 2tbsp of pb. Bleanded in a shake

Meal 4: 10oz of chicken or 99% lean ground turkey 8oz of sweet potato 2tbsp of Mac nut oil

Meal 5: 10oz of organic beef or salmon
8oz of sweet or white potato 2tbsp of Mac nut oil

Pre workout shake: 70 grams of whey isolate 1 tbsp of Mac nut oil 50 grams of Karbolyn

Intra: nutristat meta script 2 1/2 servings of powdered Gatorade and 3 quarts of water

Post workout: 70 grams of whey isolate 50 grams of Karbolyn
 
I do okay, I have a hook up for salmon and chicken. I get all my chicken and salmon from Sysco it's a restraunt supply company and i get 20lbs of hormone free chicken for about 60 dollars even.
 
very nice with food and all :D keep up the hard work.
I really plan on gunning for that pro card next fall or spring of 2016. I just need to be a "hard" 260-275 before I can start another prep. I'm about 5'11 so next time I get up there I'd like to be a super heavyweight. Thanks brother

Shit sounds super familiar I think there is one by the river here imma check it out.
 
I hit 100 mcg of igf des about 15 min before my workout. The only area the spot inject with igf is calves. I go just about any where to avoid scar tissue problems, i don't think that necessarily that makes a huge difference imo I could be wrong though but it works great for me.
