Can the purchase of Finaplix in any way be a crime? From what I understand, there is nothing wrong with purchasing it so long as you do not convert it for human use.
Also, what if agents raided a home and found unconverted fina carts along with a conversion kit? Is this enough to charge someone with intent to manufacture/distribute? I think the crystal meth cases have probably set a lot of precedents in this area.
