Here is my 2 cents on the matter:
You are going into the service, which means you are doing mostly pushups, situps and running correct? Therefore, I would run the Test by itself - no D-Bol/no Deca. Here is why...
If anyone here has ever tried to do unweighted pushups/situps on D-Bol knows you will become pumped up so much it is not only painful, but the muscle pump will limit the amount of pushups/situps you can do very quickly.
I would not run the Deca because it will cause bloat that Arimidex cannot counter. When training with pushups/situps/running, you want to be as lean as possible. Also, deca is going to shut you down very hard and PCT is going to be long and difficult. Secondly, the military sometimes tests for AAS for those that are suspected. Deca stays with you so long that I wouldnt risk it. Lastly, the Deca bloat will cause water retention and high-blood pressure. This could prove to be dangerous when running long distances, especially with a pack.
Stick to the Sustanon only, and here is how I would do it...Believe me, you will make great gains:
Weeks 1 - 2: 1000mg Sustanon/wk
Weeks 3 - 12: 500mg Sustanon/wk
.25mg Arimidex ED (or .5mg EOD)
The frontload will give you the same immediate effect that D-Bol offers, but again, you wont have to worry about the painful pumps.
This is what I would do for PCT (in fact, this is what I do):
Week 1: 500iu HCG ED, 80mg Nolvadex ED
Week 2: 60mg Nolvadex ED
Week 3: 40mg Nolvadex ED
Week 4: 20mg Nolvadex ED
Wait either 2 or 3 weeks after your last Sustanon injection to begin PCT, as Sustanon has a long-acting ester in it.
I hope this has been helpful. I would just stick to straight test, as I know you will not be disappointed.
