Finnish Deadlift Routine

Anyone ever heard of it?
Some guy at the gym was talking about it a couple days ago but he didn't really give much specifics on how it works.

Yeah,definitely seems like something out of my realm.

Depending how strong you are now, how well you plan out your program, eat and sleep enough, you can increase your strength on deads quite a bit and in a shorter amount of time than that program.
