Little bit experimentation, little bit tried and true .

Goals put on some lean size. Last NPP run gave me some great gains, shooting to hit 20" arms. Being 6'3 sucks sometimes .

Donated blood a week ago, God I feel better
Blood work is good. On TRT so no suprise on anything.
Superdrol/NPP/Test C/ Proviron/adex
Superdrol 1-4 10mg for the first week, if I can hang go to 20mg. I'll jump off if the sides are bad
Npp at 450-500
Test at 600
Provi 50mg daily
Adex .25 eod
All Dictators gear
I've run his npp/test before with great success
Never used Sdrol or proviron before

I bumped the test up about 3 weeks ago to balance out with the NPP. Started npp and the orals 3 days ago.

Nac/milk thistle/fish oil. Plan on drinking lots of water :) no caber, non even on hand. I keep e2 good and everything seems to flow.

I'll hit this log every couple of days. Main concern is the superdrol, how it will effect me. Side effects, my liver and lipids. Probably run blood work a week or so after dropping the superdrol.

I did chest today, I don't know if it was mental or the Sdrol is already starting to kick in, that doesn't seem possible, but... Hit 95s DB on an incline for 10, matches a PR that I hit 6months ago on npp that I haven't repeated. And then pr'd with 295decline BB for 6. Felt strong all over. Best work out I've had since before Christmas.

Open to any opinions.

Damn wish I myself could hop right back on now lol. Got a good cycle planned for this summer though and can’t wait!

Something has definitely got me feeling "odd", dunno if I'd call it lethargic. Didn't sleep well last night, stayed up too late watching TV, nothing to do with the cycle, so thats effecting me, but I'm getting hot flashes. Mild. Feeling warm. Thirsty as hell. If this is 10, I dunno how anyone could do 30mg. I wouldn't say I feel bad, but it's noticable. I'm sure 4 hours of sleep doesn't help.

Subbed!!

Good luck with the Superdrol. I'm curious to see how it treats you. It had me feeling like I was coming down with the flu by the second day at 10mg twice a day. It did pack 9 pounds on me in two weeks though.

If I ever try it again I don't think I'll try to get past 10mg per day. Hopefully that would help with the joint pain I was experiencing.

4 days in.
And the thirst is real! Yesterday I drank about 3.5 gallons of water. Would have drank more if it was more convenient. If I constantly sip on water it's ok, but let it go for an hour or so and I get dry and thirsty, almost dehydrated feeling. So I've been sipping all day so far and it's better.

Yesterday I thought there would be no way I'd be able to bump to 20mg, with the thirst, today I'm thinking maybe .

I only got 4.5 hours of sleep the night before, went to the gym and did back. Workout was again really good. Good strength, nothing Earth shattering, but I was dead ass tired.

So far no lethargic sides. Nac/milk thistle and lots of water.

Spent the day sipping water. The key, I think, is to not let myself get thirsty. Once thirsty it's hard to climb out.

Carbs. I've craved so much food today. Sweet cravings too. I grabbed some rice cakes to try and satisfy the craving without killing my diet. I ate the whole bag.

I did bump the evening dose to 10mg, so I'm at 15 for today and will run it out at 20 now.

Worked legs today. I have to be careful, my knees are both week points, but I felt great. Normal weights weren't as heavy and I added reps instead of cranking the weight. Not feeling worn or drained at all .

If you got stability issues with knees why not wraps or sleeves for your heavier sets on legs? I have a pair of sleeves and they kept my knees warm and stable when doing deads and squats.

I scared!
Among other things I popped my knee cap out of place 2 years ago on leg extensions, I rolled my foot at the top and the cap slide over to the side. I popped it back over. Ortho said no damage but don't ever do that exercise again. I also used to skate very ramps semi pro back in my 20s so my knees have seen some abuse. If my knees go, I cannot work. My calves are pretty big, 19-20" so at least it doesn't LOOK like I wimp out on legs :-/

Ouch, that's nasty injury there..mine are almost as bad as I've rolled my right knee when I slipped on ice 2 years ago and it took me over a year to get it good again. My knees are shot since I've damaged the ACL's in them both years ago playing sports as a teen never really got them fixed. Knee sleeves keep the caps stable for me even on leg extensions (which I do very light ones with 30 second holds).

Why not try sleeves?

Yeah... I may. I wear the elbow sleeves and they totally help.

Think it's time i invest in a set of those.
Where did you get yours? i honestly wouldn't know where to begin to look.
I got my Nordic Lifting knee sleeves on Amazon, and a band for my upper left forearm to keep the tendon in place as it tends to get caught in the elbow joint resulting in nasty tendinitis.

For bench I got the red SlingShot as it keeps my arms locked in place for heavy bench sets. With the SS I got 335lbs for a single 2 wks ago.

i'll have to do a little searching. My elbows aren't happy anymore and the pain has spread into the forearms. So, certain ways of gripping everyday items has become a chore.

For example, squeezing a stress ball earlier, not a pain free task anymore. :(

Sounds like tendinitis set in real bad...I've once had it so bad before I stopped benching for a while to get it to settle down. Try the band or the elbow sleeve to see if that helps.

I have the Nordic sleeves from amazon also.

How you like them? Not a bad deal for 50 bucks for the knee sleeves and I've got matching wrist wraps as well (the short 18" ones)

I've had em for a year...they are kinda getting worn out, but yes...I like em. They have saved my elbows
