First 2018 run!

I've had em for a year...they are kinda getting worn out, but yes...I like em. They have saved my elbows
Maybe time for a new pair lol. My sleeves I had for a year and took care of them as I washed them with my clothes and air dried them. Oh yes I used them a lot and mine have saved my knees from more wear and damage.

As I have insurance I am going to go to a sports ortho to examine them to see if they can be repaired even this late in the game and even to remove the old junk floating around them.
 
i'll have to do a little searching. My elbows aren't happy anymore and the pain has spread into the forearms. So, certain ways of gripping everyday items has become a chore.

For example, squeezing a stress ball earlier, not a pain free task anymore. :(

This might not be your elbow problem but my left elbow gave me a fit a while back. It turned out to be a ligament problem where my left pinky and ring finger tendons joined up at the inside of the elbow by the point of the joint. Lifting straps became my best friends and the problem has now been alleviated. No more free hand pulling for me
 
Little bit experimentation, little bit tried and true .

Goals put on some lean size. Last NPP run gave me some great gains, shooting to hit 20" arms. Being 6'3 sucks sometimes .

Superdrol 1-4 10mg for the first week, if I can hang go to 20mg. I'll jump off if the sides are bad
Npp at 450-500
Test at 600
Provi 50mg daily

Never used Sdrol or proviron before

I bumped the test up about 3 weeks ago to balance out with the NPP. Started npp and the orals 3 days ago.

Nac/milk thistle/fish oil. Plan on drinking lots of water :) no caber, non even on hand. I keep e2 good and everything seems to flow.

I'll hit this log every couple of days. Main concern is the superdrol, how it will effect me. Side effects, my liver and lipids. Probably run blood work a week or so after dropping the superdrol.

I did chest today, I don't know if it was mental or the Sdrol is already starting to kick in, that doesn't seem possible, but... Hit 95s DB on an incline for 10, matches a PR that I hit 6months ago on npp that I haven't repeated. And then pr'd with 295decline BB for 6. Felt strong all over. Best work out I've had since before Christmas.

Open to any opinions.
Well I see you settled on the sdrol. Hopefully it gets better for you. The one thing I can't deal with is lack of sleep.
 
Alright...still holding at 20mg. No real sides to complain about. Thirst is still the same, gotta stay on top of that. And I've noticed it's very carb dependant. Trying to keep my carb intake down, what I normally can get away with, drops my blood sugar. Almost to the point of binging on carbs.

Strength is definitely up! I haven't taken a day off since I started, which at this point would leave me pretty sore. I'm not. Little tired maybe. Hit a PR for reps on a decline press today up 4 fucking reps! Probably had 1 maybe 2 more in me but no spotter and I like my neck.

Weight hasn't changed. I typically weight 233-235 in the am and I'm still there.

Proviron has definitely kicked up my libido. 50mg a day, bump that to 100 and throw in some tren and you'd fuck anything that used to have a pulse . Have a good feeling of well being also. But life's pretty good right now also.

I may kick to 30mg? Maybe. Well see how this second week goes. Still on the same liver sups. I have noticed the even when drinking fluids constantly my urine never fully gets clear. And if I don't drink for an hour or so, it gets pretty yellow. Not like tren pee, but still yellow .
 
Not a bad start and I am sure soon the gains be in full force. Man, I feel stoked and wish I could hop right back on...but as I started PCT (oh yes I valued my endo system so didn't want to b&c just yet but that may be a decision I'll make later).

So first time running it, lots of old school guys would throw it in. It's mild. It binds to shbg and allows for more free test. The idea is you get a little more bang for your buck. I don't run high dose cycles. It also helps with estrogen, although I don't recall how, I believe it binds to the enzyme. Can make you a little harder looking. It raises your libido and can promote well being. But it's all pretty mild. Like you wouldn't run it instead of an AI, it will just help control Estrogen very slightly.

The effects of superdrol out weigh anything proviron is providing looks or in the gym, but it has raised my libido.

And ya know what always trips me out when I start a cycle, it's like women can smell it or something. My wife as been very extra attentive this past week and I've caught a few chicks in the gym looking...but maybe they're looking at me, wondering wtf is wrong with me.lol

Appreciate the info. I've never really dove into the what and why on it. Kinda sounds like mast? Would it be beneficial to mast and proviron?

I believe it's like a oral mast, just not as strong.
And from how ive felt the last week, I may run it every cycle .

Seems the gains are starting to come...hang in there! The sdrol must be working...no wonder you feel crap.
 
9 days in.
Sides from Sdrol have kinda balanced out. First couple days at 20 had me doubtful, but i may bump the Sdrol to 30 next week .

Kinda kicking myself in the ass for not taking before pics or measurements. I've grown . I do not know how the fuck you could cut on Sdrol . That shit is carb dependant. I can make it about 3 hours on low to no carbs and I start feeling BAD. Not just hypoglycemic feeling, shitty, almost flu like. Just have to manage it with cleaner carbs and not get to the point where I'm gorging on shyt.

Strength is WAY up. Feels like tren retard strength. Worked back today, didn't move heavier weights, but what was normally a 8-10 rep weight was 12-14 reps.

Elbow is sore. Dam tennis/golfer elbow. I'll need to watch that. Tomorrow is legs so it will get a break. I can see how you could get hurt on this stuff, it's not aggression strength, it's power.

Nothing to say about the test npp, too soon, unless your @EcpertRealistic , and besides the Sdrol is over powering I'm sure.

Rest. Sleep is as critical on superdrol. Normally I can function on 6-6.5 hours if it's not every night, not on superdrol. I'm needing right at 8 hours. Plus I've added 5htp before bed, that seems to be helping.

I weight in tomorrow am.

Good you found the sweet spot with the sdrol and the gains should come better.
