First AAS CYCLE TEST P 3.5ml test E 2ml per week

Hello Everyone,
I need some help running my first cycle
I Started pinning 1ml Test P 100mg EOD
And will start the second week with Test E 1ml every 3 days
Am about 15% body fat and am looking to gain muscles and get lean
Do you have any suggestions how can i optimise it and can you tell me how long till i start feeling the effect?

Pick your direction - the first run is a bit like Magic, if you are a responder and you train hard, then you will build muscle.....

Getting lean is a different story Mate, just stick to one of them....

Not saying you can't recomp, with a heavy androgen load while you are starving yourself/deficit with food....

I only used cyp for my first run, I was so sure that it was some bunk amps I got - But by week 2 or 3 all my lifts or top sets, had gone up with 10 -45 pounds..... Lmao

But it didn't change my 'feelz' at all...

I just got more and more tired, water weight elevated + the only time I've had itchy nipple's ( I wasn't used to the high E2 creeping up, a'sin fixed my problem)
 
Oh thanks alot !! Yeah so maybe first i will gain some muscles on the first cycle ! Do you think 2ml per week of test E is good ? 250mg/ml

It was more then enough for me, started with 400mg pr. week (2 shoots)
- I am pretty sure if I took more , my body would not get any more out of it , it was oversaturated with androgens anyways-> I would just get more toxic
 
I'll give you a real answer.
What you should have done was use both the test p with the test e at the same time for 2-3 weeks, then remove the test p and keep going with test e. Test p gets into your system almost right away. The test e will take 3 weeks before it builds to where you want it in your system. Take a look at this plotter and it'll help you understand better.
 
Just starting with test e only won't hurt. If you've never done a cycle before it'll actually slowly get your body used to having higher test levels. Sometimes when you introduce high levels of test immediately into your system (like test p) you may experience what's called test flu. Basically your body reacts to it as a foreign body like a virus. You can get fever and the chills along with other simular symptoms.
So it may be better to just start with test e and wait the 3 weeks while things slowly increase.
 
Basically what your friend was suggesting was that you use test p along with test e for the first 2-3 weeks. It's a cheat. Test p gets in quick and it's out quick (in within a day and out approx after 48 hrs). Test e will take about 3 weeks for levels to stabilize and it's completely out of your system after about 3 weeks (after a completed cycle). Now since you didn't take the test p along with the test e, at the same time, your starting over with waiting 3 weeks anyway.
So unless you start over with both test p and test e it was pointless. Use the plotter link I gave you and play with it.

If you have no more test p you can do what's called a frontload. It's kinda silly but people do it. Basically if your test e is 250mg per mil, instead of 1cc every 3 days, do 1 1/4 cc every 3 days for the first 2 weeks, then drop back down to 1cc every 3 days. It'll get your levels up within a week but you also spike before you fall down to the levels you want. Input it into the plotter and check it out.

Heck you could just frontload for the first week and get their within a week as well. And no spike. But, you gotta remember that there's more involved then just getting the hormone into your system. That's why I say it's kinda silly. Your body will increase nitrogen levels, increase water being held in the muscle, and other physiological crap. This takes time. So, 3 weeks with a normal test e cycle will probably feel about the same as frontloading. This is especially true if it's your first cycle. If you're bridging from one cycle to the next (which you shouldnt) then this would be something someone would do.

Oh perfect man ! That was i was planning to do, start the test P and test E at the same time but started the test P one week earlier

Are you gonna do a pct after your cycle or just switch to trt? I ask because you need to remember that the test e won't be out of your system for 3-4 wks. So, most don't start pct until at least 3 weeks after your last injection... 4 weeks is better IMHO.
Good luck with trying to keep all your gains if you go the pct route. Not being a jerk... just honest. Unless you've been training for years and know you're genetic maximum potential, how to train after cycle, diet, and other things, you'll lose most of it all. You won't be able to keep your gains, in my opinion, unless you're willing to be at least 15% bf. Everyone's different but this is my experience. If you go catabolic at all from hard dieting before you've fully recovered, even after sometimes, bye bye muscle gains.
If you go the trt route it'll be much easier but it's a lifelong choice.
