First Anavar Cycle for Cutting

It's only been a week yet I can actually see that you have leaned out a bit. Nice!

How much of a deficit are you in?

I plan on doing a cut as well. I'm either bulking or in recomp, so this will be my first one. Kind of excited to see what's under my winter coat, haha.
My calories are at about 1400-1500 and been doing an hour of cardio. Hiit 3x a week and plyos and steady state 3x week. Been eating more low carb high fat. I'll do another progress update soon. Was hoping to drop weight since that last progress pic but put on some weight. Thinking it's mainly muscle because idk if I see a drop but was told by others I look leaner and more muscle. I'm 5'5" and started 137 now at 140

Don't let the scale determine your success.... It's all about the mirror :)

I know I try to not let it get to me. Just since I'm in prep it's hard when there's no drop. I've been at my highest weight I've ever been in my life. From last prep I was around 123 stage weight. To have put on so much weight the last 8 months hard for me to realize it's mostly muscle

Don't worry about the scale, especially on gear. Your body composition is changing...your measurements are a better indication of your progress... the reason why I say progress pics are always key

Trust me, I completely understand! It's rarely, if ever, all muscle. But, if the ratios are correct or even close, it's very easy to chisel that down! A few of the girls I know who compete have had great success with an ECA stack. They also have a ton of success with T3, except they put on a TON of weight after they discontinue it (and for that reason, I rarely would recommend T3 to a female unless she was willing to do whatever it took to win a comp., and needed it badly).

ECA, T3 and Albuterol are super effective. the key is tapering up then down properly and maintaining your diet even after the run. It's definitely my go to and I've never rebounded from those.

Most women after they are done and once the show is over, they over indulge in things they shouldn't in huge excess...you can't really go back to crap diet if you're considering the lifestyle...it will always be a maintenance stage...bulk then cutting stage then maintenance. ...the circle of this kind of life lol

True. But I've found the girls who are naturally, um, softer rebound much worse. Could be genetics, diet, training or whatever. It does seem female metabolisms and fat storage operate differently than most males. I think albut./clen or ECA is a better choice IMO.

Ummm... softer... lol... nice...hehehe... the softer girls need to be really careful and take extra pre cautious with many if not all compounds. ..if I let my European genetics take over and be like most of my family then I would be pretty soft and fluffy too.

And yes, for someone wanting to stay away from steroid compounds, ECA is a very old and proven way to be a super effective fat burner.

It all has to do with diet not what someone was taking:)

I ordered some clen the other day did a lot of research on how to take it so will be starting that soon as well. What has been your experience with this? I heard it's amazing for fat burn. I take 2 week on and 2 week off but how long of a period can I cycle it like that

are you running clen with anything else?

I need to be honest, some brands are better than others (some underdosed and some proper)...start low. If it comes in 100mcg, do 10mcg the first day and see how you feel, if OK then increase the next day. I usually run clen for 6 weeks total - 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. then take a break of 6 weeks and you can do it again if you wish.

Yeah I'll be in var and clen that's it. The brand I got is good my boyfriend has used it in the past and his ex but his ex didn't even workout or eat that great and she got really good results from it so think it will do me good. Okay perfect! Was planning about a 6 week period of taking it.:)

I'm not so sure about that. Thyroid suppression from T3 can cause some serious ballooning from what I've seen.... Especially with the aforementioned "softer" girls.

YUP! Agreed...very easy to do. that's why tapering is super important and not being on it for extended periods of time as you become dependent on it and your own thyroid levels could be shot.

When I do my stack with T3, 6 weeks is perfect for me and most that I have put on that never had an issue either.

What's the science behind eating at a deficit and gaining scale weight on AAS? I'm curious as I see this both in myself and almost on all forums.

That's how some compounds work, these drugs were made for this reason. People with a disease or that has severe trauma so they can hold wight or actually gain some weight. It will also help decrease muscle loss so even on a deficit diet if you add muscle you are adding weight.
