First blast, want to add npp

Ive been curious on the results because everything i feel seems like low estrogen, but I haven't used an ai. Im sore longer, recovery takes longer, and body just feels beaten up
Your estrogen doesn't go lower as you add in exogenous testosterone. It goes higher. In other words, you've never felt these symptoms in your natural training. Adding in super physiological levels of testosterone to that will only raise e2 higher.

Being sore longer, recovery taking longer, body feeling beat up aren't symptoms of low e2. They're symptoms of fatigue and over training. Take a week off from the gym to heal up or at least do a deload. Then come back with lower training volume since you can't handle your current load. And make sure you're eating enough to heal properly between workouts too. You only need like a large apple above maintenance calories to grow with minimal fat gain. If you can afford it look for a good coach to help as well
