First brew. Transfer into large vial or into many small vials

Hey guys. Getting prepared for my first brew and have a question. Once I have my raws dissolved in my oil, BA, and BB, I load up the 60ml syringe, put whatman filter on and then do I

A) inject it all into a 100ml vial (sealed sterile) and then transfer into 10 or 20ml vials after a few days to be sure it doesn’t crash? If it does crash would this make it easier to correct since it’d all be together?

Or

B) just fill 9-10 10ml vials individually, if it crsahes or something I’m thinking it’d be more difficult to correct this way?

Or

Could I leave it in my beaker once dissolved and just cover with tin foil and maybe plastic wrap for a couple of days to make sure it doesn’t crash and then put into small vials, does this compromise sterility?

Thanks for the input. If I do this maybe just warm the oil a little before putting into vials so that it flows easier through the filter, that sound right since if I leave in the beaker it won’t yet be filtered?

Correct, unfiltered oil waiting to crash or not. More manageable if it does crash. Warm oil, not hot. Slightly warm at that. If you think you damaged the filter you probably did.

After it dissolves, I cover with plastic wrap over night then filter it the next day into whatever vial. The filter is what makes it sterile. So it is NOT sterile until it is run through a filter.

Also I run it through a filter between about 85-100degrees measured with an inferred thermometer gun.

IMo best to filter directly into every 10 ml vial to avoid further contamination.

You can even fill by eyeballing
pour some accurately measured 10.5-11 ml in a vial, mark the liquid level, and eyeball to match.
You need to fill vials with 10.5-11 ml to be able to effectively draw 10 ml out of them as some adheres to the glass walls, and some remains on the stopper.
So truly accurate filling ain't needed.

Make sure you use an enclosed environment when filling
even a simple plastic bag can help, but better biuld your own glovebox, and wipe it clean with alcohol for sterility (make sure the plastic withstands alcohol).

Thinking that’s what I’ll do. My plan is to let the oil sit for a day (covered of course) to make sure it doesn’t crash and then filter directly into the sterile 10ml vials.
