First Bulk in 10 Years

I’ll comment on just the bulk calories bit as everything else is way out of alignment with my experience and knowledge base.

I really try and eat 300-800 cals extra per day during a bulk. If I’m running GH then I need a flawless clean bulk or I get stiff as hell, swollen and BP spikes with HR increase. So brown rice and oats as my complex carbs and just veggies and meat. Any carb that’s too high on the glycemic index just trashes me. I have to be way more vigilant on a bulk with my food scale to make it to week 16 without pulling out to cut.

You sound like you’re having fun with eating on your first bulk in awhile and I did that and it was pretty disastrous for me but your mileage might vary. I pulled out at week 8 and went on a clean cut to get my swelling, BP and HR back under control. For me it was things like chips, bread, deserts, ect… I never normally eat that thrashed me.

Damn bro, that may be my issue. I've never used Growth or secretagogues before like 6-8 months ago. So never at this calorie level or even close. I'm stiff, swollen, high HR, winded, achey... My neck, low back, hands, and fingers all hate me.

I haven't been eating much garbage. Just a lot. Jam on my typically dry gluten free toast, occasional box of Yasso frozen yogurt bars (mint chocolate chip). I was thinking my problems were my love of hot sauce on my egg whites and chicken & rice and all the high fermentation carbs I've been pounding. At least in terms of the GERD and bloat. I figured the hand pain was Growth related, but didn't think about it being exacerbated so much by my sugar intake.

Ended up with food poisoning for New Years, just starting to feel half-way human. My bp was down to like 80/50 this morning. I was dehydrated from puking all night. Was in bed by 8:15, my girl wasn't feeling good and I was greened out. Woke up with a mouth full of puke at 11:30 and kept that little theme going until 4:30 AM. Dropped 8 lbs overnight, vomiting and shitting your brains out will do that apparently.

Thanks for the heads up on the growth and clean bulk. I'm going to look into that more and maybe talk to my doc.
 
Man, I’m amazed how you can cruise at that amounts. How much size do you shrink if you drop down to true trt levels?

I don’t care how much you blast that is your decision but 200lbs is not a lot at uour height, so I am wondering if your gear is bunk or you are a low responder. Anyway, you’re pretty healthy to be able to cruise on tren at your age while some guys way younger couldn’t even handle it for a couple of weeks.
Funny you should say that. I think I've always been a low responder. My first cycle was 1gm Test E/5 Days (it was Primoteston Depot in glass ampules from Schering) and 50mg Reforvit-B/Day. No AI used, no bad sides, just a little red and puffy. I likely had high BP in addition to the water retention, but who fucking cares at 20 years old? I gained 20 lbs. in 8 weeks.

Also, just found out that the Test I was supplementing my HRT with is bunk or at least woefully underdosed. My bloods from the 3rd showed my Total T @ 593!!! What the fuck?! The source lost her mind when I told her and called me a liar. What a cunt. She supposedly has 300 customers including IFBB pros like the one who gave me her info to begin with. So, I front loaded a gram of Test and switched back to my pharmacy grade shit.
 
Whelp, 3.5 weeks in... Food poisoning, the Vid or pneumonia for 2 weeks, achey as fuck from the HGH, Ipa/CJC, IGF-1 LR3, and Ibutamoren combined with too many high glycemic carbs, and bunk Test... I am down 3 lbs!

Upping my calories another 500/day... 3200 to 3700
Adding 100mg of Var until I get more Test on hand...
Switching the 75mg/day Dbol for 150mg/day Drol...

I missed a couple of workouts cuz I was sick as fuck, but not enough to explain losing weight while increasing calories! My strength, especially upper body is up! I know the weight change is probably water and a little fat from cleaning up my diet and HGH/secretagogues but psychologically its a mother-fucker!

This bulk is off to a shitty start. Plenty of time to turn it around.

Think I'll increase the EQ to 500mg/week and the Test to 900mg/week when I get my next order. I'm at 400 & 600 now. Actually I think I have a bottle of Cyp lying around I'll up the Test today, but keep the Var, just in case it's bunk too!
 
Adding the Mast E back in too, fuck it! Front load 800mg today.
I'm actually using this log for me at this point and don't care if anyone reads it... :D
 
You are going to crash estrogen with that dose of AI….
I'd try to stay with 12.5mg eop of aromasin until you get some new bloodwork to check tour e2. Aromasin is best on the lipids, Check for high shbg and low free test.

This is why I love mast. Mast has decreased my shbg and increase my free test. Mast greatly reduces water retention, ( which reduced blood preeure) decrease shbg and increases free test nicely. I do daily injections of 100mg test p, 100-150mg mast p, 20-30mg tren a. Zero sides except some days it's hard to fall asleep. I just turn on some ocean waves sound from the TV or this little speeker set the hides under my sheets around my head or in my pillow. What a different a simple relaxing sound can have in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. Zero sweating in bed at night. I also take ambien and nyquil when needed.

100mg test p, 100-150mgast, and 20-30mg tren seems to be my sweet spot. Along with 12.5mg aromasin .

I rotate between this or 100mg test p, 100mg.mast p, and 100mg npp.weekly. Again 12.5 aromasin eod.

Best cycles I've done to date. Great blood work whether I'm on cycle or off. Labs always check within good ranges. I can run 400mg- 800mg 12.5mg aromasin and have labs with theses doses as well and still be within good range.

Drop the orals or just use them at the end of the cycle if you feel you've plateaued. Orals will fuck up you lab work almost for sure.

And if this is a BULK eat MORE!
