I have been training for 4 years now and my stats are 6'1 / 196 / 10-12%
I want to do a course and so far have the following to start me off.
Week 1 400mg cyp / 200mg Deca E3D / 35mg D/bol ED
Week 2-10 400mg cyp / 200mg Deca E3D / 35 mg D/bol ED
This is my first cycle and want to get it right and not go overboard as I am not the largest guy in the gym (YET).
I know I need PCT but do not know enough to make a good judgement on what I need, any thoughts ??
