Additionally I will be doing cardio while increasing the cardio volume and frequency. Diet will be strict starting at about 2.8k cals slowly reducing cals by reducing carbs. Protein will be kept very high at about 2.5g/KG LBM and will up the protein the further my diet proceeds.
