First Cycle - 500 test 500 primo 16 wk

Yeah youre right about that. Though actually the vg pain has subsided already, while tbh my quad even now still hurts a bit week later.

To continue the log, 3rd pin went in today. I dont think im easily placebod, and I know it takes a few weeks more to really saturate the test, but I believe I am getting some effects now. Feel my mood is better and better workouts, and boners. Though these can easily be placebo I suppose. Also got a few rep prs on smaller movements.

i had simillar "placebo" experience. it will increase for few weeks and then it will dissapear or you get used to it.
 
Screwed up vg and hit a nerve or something, it already hurts a bit. Quads didnt hurt till pip the bext day. Id trade 3 days of pip for 1 day immediate pain but I suspect I will get both here.

Me too, i don't know what i hit but i had a radiating pain down to my knee, i was limping for couple days. No more VG for me and definitely not gonna try quads. I have 4 spots i can use bilaterally on the upper body and that's plenty.

FWIW when I first started pinning VG, every time I hit a nerve I found I was way too posterior. Took me a while to dial in how far forward I really needed to be.
 
Alright, I am thinking about hopping off this crap. I havent been able to hit legs since I started pinning because of pip. I now have a nasty cold which I guess is from test e? Barely able to drag myself to the gym and it was a shit workout anyway. Will all this crap subside if I push through? If a cycle entails being sick and just hitting shitty upper workouts for 16 weeks this is entirely not worth it. I'd read about these effects but I thought Id somehow be lucky. Oh well

Stop pinning quads and lower dose to 300. If all goes well with that you can titrate the dose from there. 500 isn’t necessary, you’re getting more side effects than gains.

Yeah I only pinned quads once, last 2 have been vg, still pip. Do you think lowering to 300 will stop the pip and flu?
 
i dont think you have test flu unless you got some shit gear
and i also think you can feel test after your first pin or two, it does start releasing immediately

If you think it’s test flu it should. I would skip a few pins and let it pass but there’s probably someone more knowledgeable on the subject than me, as I’ve never experienced it.

I don’t get pip from test e but it’s finicky, a lot of people do. I’d switch to cyp and see how that is.
 
i havent used E i awhile but last time i did i heard speculation there was a change to the raws or something in the past few years that made the pip bad, i thought it mostly faded away though by now

Yeah that checks out, I did hit some small prs already. As far as the flu, I guess it could be coincental that I randomly get sick now, but who knows

Only time I ever got pip in the VG was from too much primo in 1 shot. And it was fucking agony for 3 days. keep it less than 0.5 mL of primo and no pain ever.
 
Why not hit delts? You can do it with a slin pin. That was where I started. Seems like the easiest spot to start. You are going to have pip with new muscle it is what it is. Didn't read the whole thread but not sure why you chose Test E? So many complaints about pip.

I think i figured it out today. No pain st all 12 hours after inject.

What a glorious day. Pip GONE. Test flu (I think thats what it was anyway) GONE. Hit first monster leg day, zero strength lost after not training it since start of cycle.
