First Cycle - 500 Test E SubQ

A quick note before I begin. I wrote the following log over the length of the cycle (ended last week), but did not have time to compile the information into a single post.

A little bit about me:

6' even (I seem to have shrunk since high school :/)
195 pounds
12% body fat percentage
28 years old

I have been lifting for a few years, with very serious attention given for the last year and a half. Originally I had planned on waiting for another year before pinning, but was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism early this year. I am on a TRT protocol now (I'd rather not discuss this too much in this thread), and decided to go ahead and take the plunge.

My Cycle:

12 weeks of Pharmacom Test E 500 (twice per week, subcutaneously)
Adex 0.25mg EOD
No PCT (will go back to my TRT dose)

My decision to administer the shots subq is primarily due to convenience and other personal factors.

My Diet:

I will start out at 3500 clean calories per day, with a 45/35/20 carb/protein/fat breakdown. If it seems as though I need more calories I will adjust.

Carbs - near 400
Protein - 300+
Fat - less than 80

My expectations:

Since I know I am nowhere near my genetic limit, I expect to put on 40+ pounds. I workout 5-6 days per week using the following categories:

Back/Biceps
Chest/Triceps
Shoulders
Legs

I also do an Abs circuit 5 nights a week.

I generally perform 8-12 different movements each day, with 5-6 sets of 15 reps. My primary concern during this cycle is to NOT GET HURT. Based on everything I have read, the biggest dangers to entering a cycle early (besides wrecking endo) are injuries to joints and tendons.

Baseline Bloods:

Weeks 1-2:

I am rotating shots between four sites. WOW, my body does not like test e 500. I am getting a little more than the expected red welts from subq injections. Nothing alarming, I was just surprised at how sore the spots were. I started to feel like I was getting a better pump, but figured it was all in my head.

Weeks 3-6:

I jumped up 15 pounds during this phase, and absolutely started to feel the difference. My pumps got much better and I started to see additional definition. At the end of week 6 I got mid cycle bloods drawn, the day before my next injection.

Needless to say I was very happy with my levels, and can attest to the viability of pharmacom's product.

Weeks 7-10:

I am in love with the overwhelming sense of well-being that comes on a cycle. I look forward to each injection and have incredible endurance/recovery in the gym. I decided to up my caloric intake to 4,000 while keeping the same macro breakdown. I am gaining almost every day at this point, and have seen massive transitions.

Now for the not so good. Despite my plan of avoiding injury, I tweaked something in my left shoulder during tricep pulldowns. The discomfort trickles from my shoulder to my elbow, so I decide to consult with a chiropractor. He advises that a small tendon in my shoulder is likely strained, and has me add an exercise to help build strength. By the end of week 10 the discomfort is gone, and all is well! I am up 32 pounds at this point.

Weeks 11-12:

I thoroughly enjoyed the final two weeks of the cycle, with my shoulder back at 100% I felt amazing. All of my lifts went up substantially, and my total weight gained hit 39 pounds. I expect that some portion of this is water weight, but am hoping to hold onto 25-30 pounds in lean muscle. I will say that the diet started to get to me. I eat pretty clean all of the time, but 4k calories of food has been a chore!

Conclusion:

I am back on my TRT protocol and have not lost any weight yet. Working Back and Biceps today I was unable to quite hit the same weight I was lifting a couple of weeks ago, but I am pushing hard. I am very happy with my results, and had to buy some new clothes. My next adventure is the addition of HGH, with another blast late this summer.
