First cycle. 500mg Test E

What's up guys.been a member for a few months now doing my research but about to start my own cycle.
24 years old
2 1/2 years training.
5'9 165 11%body fat
Been vegetarian for 5 years(i know I know)
Lifts:235 bench,290 squat and 390 deadlift.

Will be take Test E at 500mg every week(250 Tuesday and Friday)
.25 Arimidex every day while on test.
2 weeks off after last injection
Then pct is Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20
Gonna do glute injection with 25g 1 1/2 needle. Draw needle will be 20g
Gonna hit around 3700-4000 calories daily
Just placed my order and should get it in the next few weeks.
I know there are hundreds of 1st cycle threads but just wanted my own.

Just introducing my self.
Any tips for anything will be beneficial to me.

I would wait at least three weeks after last shot to start pct. Also wouldn't recomend running that much adex. Make sure you get bloods done prior to starting cycle, then get them done again at 5 weeks .

Will do.and ya I was thinking .25 every day or every other day just wasn't 100%.but thanks for the reply

4000 calories of what? Potatoes? Or are you planning to eat trees?

Way too much adex. .25 every 3 days a much better starting point
 
To hit 180lbs and just get some prs.wanna gain some muscle .

Awesome, get at it. Are you focusing on any specific type of training (strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding routine etc.)? I'll be following this log, I am about the same age as you with more training and possibly wanting to jump on at some time.

Also how long are you cycling for?
