First cycle, advice appreciated

Shameless bump but I forget to mention that I also have Nolva and Clomid in hand, so should stick with Aromasin ED until the puffiness soreness gone or should I add Lerto or SERM to the mix for week or though?

Right now I am taking 500 test e a week and aromasin 12.5 eod should I increase aromasin to ed or keep it eod and add letro for few days?

Letro is a sledgehammer, save it for last resort in my opinion. Try the aromasin ED or 25 two days after each Test injection. You want to have some estrogen, but keep it to a manageable level.

These are two good pieces of advice.

Do you have a lump? Usually a pea sized one around the nipple that you have to press into to feel. If so then you need to do the above two thing but bump the Tamo/Nolva up to 40mg a day for a week and see how it goes from there. If it decrease then you can titrate Tamo down by 10mg a week and then find a spot to stay on Tamo, something like 5-10mg EOD.

Thanks Guys and yes I do feel a tiny lump right behind the nipple, so just to make sure I understand. II would run Aromasin ED instead of EOD and add Nolva 40mg for a week then lower the dosage but stay on both until the end of the cycle or just until the gyno clears up?

I have been running CEM adex and I still keep getting these little bumps around the nipple. They come and go though at random. The pea size lump you said will be behind the nipple? So if I push on my nip I will feel a rather large lump under it and that is real gyno? You should have a protruding nipple if this is the case as well?

Well, everyone is different but I would up the Armosain to either 12.5 ED, or 25 EOD until the end of the cycle. But to get rid of the lump I would up the Tamo/Nolva to 40mg ED for the first week, then decrease by 10mg each week. If your still on cycle and the lump is gone then Nolva at 5-10mg EOD should keep it in check until the end of the cycle. Run the Armosain and Nolva until you start PCT. Some people run an AI during PCT but I don't. Since I always use Clomid & Nolva for PCT, the Nolva should work fine at stopping the Estro from causing problems.

another quick question though, hoping to get my HCG tomorrow from PEP to use during cycle 250iu twice a week.
This is will be my 3rd week of Test E should I start with 500iu HCG for first week then lower to 250iu or just 250iu straight?

hCG give me acne. It's been stated on this board that it from the estro caused by the hCG but using Dex and Tamo doesn't stop the acne for me. Others reported the same problem and still others report no problem. I was using 250IUs once a week. I doubt I will be using it anymore.

I'm on cruise and started the hCG and it must have really spiked my Estro levels as I got a very small lump again but I just used 10mg of Tamo a day and it took it back down in a week. Once you get a lump you are always observant of that thing comming back.

So took my first 250iu hcg today and my mouth has been drier than the Mojave desert! Interesting side effects!, I will have to read more about it tomorrow.

Gunrunner I can't thank you enough; I can feel the lump decreasing now, soreness is completely gone from my left side and barely noticeable on my right-side. You saved my ass or my chest to be exact.
Overall I am very happy with the cycle so far, PIP is becoming less and less an issue I am guessing a a mix between the virgin muscle theory and a better injecting technique on my side.
Couldn’t find anything online that would explain the dry mouth symptoms right after an HCG pin so not sure what was the issue there but I will wait to see what happens on my second hcg pin.

I have a who done it mystery, a week or so ago I pumped up aromasin to ed and started taking 40 tamo to combat early gyno signs and it surely did work like magic (thanks Gunrunner) also around the same time I started 250iu of hcg.

Now I don't feel like I am retaining as much water as before which is good but also the bumps are gone along with that extra libido and oomph during training so was it the extra al, the tamo or hcg that did this?
