First Cycle Advice

Hey all, I’ll keep it short and sweet.

Im 31 years old, 5’8” and 135 pounds body weight. I used to be bigger before a spine and brain injury. I plan on starting a cycle to gain back my confidence and determination along with a strict workout routine.

I have scoured the forums, I have spent more time than I thought searching for answers. What would be a good first cycle? My male hormone panel should be coming back in the next day or two. Unless my T is extremely low, I plan on starting with a small cycle of Test C 100mg/weekly(50mg x2).

I do care about my sexual function and I am having trouble determining what I need to cycle along with it, and how much of what for such a small cycle of Test.

I will run HCG, but am unsure of dosage for my situation. I will also run enclo, or whatever else I need to but am unsure of dosage.

I’m a bit of an overthinker, which adds even more to my uncertainty. I would appreciate any info or recommendations and look into them if you guys would throw me some.

Thanks in advance!

Honestly, you need to start by eating more. A lot more. Steroids won't help with this.
That’s not the issue lol the brain injury affected my mood and I have low energy and motivation, kinda depressed as well. Extremely common after severe brain trauma.

I used to be 160 and crazy shredded a couple years ago, I don’t like being huge I like looking good. I didn’t ask for workout or diet advice either, to be clear.

Edit - I only added my age/weight/height because everybody asks and it matters when dosing. You interpreted my post incorrectly.

No. You're 135 pounds. That's a food issue.

From the link you've read:
I actually didn’t see the “new member” thread option at first. I just checked again and saw it. As I’m sure you know, it’s inconveniently placed all the way at the bottom of the list and easy to miss.

Next time save us both some time and just say it, instead of the passive aggressive feminine dance we’ve just done.

Edit - are you asking me to delete this or what?

No one here is paid or obligated to respond to your questions. Nor are we required to provide excellent customer service. You claim you read the rules but came right to the drug section to ask about drugs. So far you've been rude to both posters offering advice. Good luck getting help with your piss poor attitude.

How many Kcals you eat now, maybe add your diet here as well.
Your Kcal intake must be on point also when you take Anabolics.
Hope your hormone readings are fine. And if your T is low, you get TRT prescribed ?

Are you blaming other people for your failure to read the instructions???

That attitude isn't gonna get you far here dude

The responsibility is on you. Always. For everything. Forever.

We all figured it out. Why couldn't you.

If you are too lazy to find the rules on your own, let that be your sign that you aren't ready for anything else here.

Currently eating around 2000 cals daily. I was eating around 3500 cals when I weighed 160 pounds previously. I just have a crazy fast metabolism and don’t keep on fat.

We’ll see how it goes with the hormone panel, I hope it’s not too low it should be back in the next couple business days. Feel pretty shitty these days though, so I’m hoping my brain damage didn’t affect my hypothalamus.

Sounds like something that would have been medically diagnosed from imaging and other symptoms.

Don't be quick to blame hormones

... You weigh 135 pounds. You are obviously undereating.

You can't undereat, feel good, and have optimal hormones.

Just doesn't happen

Try addressing the obvious things first dude.
