First Cycle Critique

OK, so I am going to be starting my first cycle. I want a critique of my full plan. Here it is:

Stats
  • 20/m
  • 6'0
  • 177lb
  • ? BF% (Help me out here)
  • Physique Pics:

5RMs
  • Bench: 195
  • Deadlift: 315
  • Squat: 300
Cycle
  • 500mg of Test-E e3.5d for 16 weeks
  • 12.5mg of Aromasin e3.5d, starting on 3rd pin. Switch to 6.25 e3.5d during PCT
PCT (Incase I decide not to BnC)
  • Nolvadex 20/20/20/20/20/20 every morning.
  • Clomid 25/25/25/25/25/25/25 every night.
  • 6.25 Aromasin e3.5d

Would love to hear opinions on using AI during PCT, and the recommended dosage vs the on-cycle dosage.

Diet
  • 400cal surplus on training days.
  • 250cal surplus on rest days.
  • Around 200g or less of carbs, targetted around workouts.
  • Little to no carbs on rest days.
  • Minimum 1.5g of Protein per lb of bodyweight.
  • Minimum .4g of Fat per lb of bodyweight.

I am aiming to lean bulk. I'm trying to avoid carbs and only eat them around my workouts. I bloat really bad when I consume a large amount of carbs, so this is what I prefer.

Also, everyone is going to tell you you are way too young and need to eat more. All of which is true. If you're gonna do it regardless, do some more research. But you should wait 5-6 years
 
Man you could gain so much more natty if you just tried. Don't think taking juice is going to give you the easy way. You'll end up fucking your shit up and losing all you gained and then some. You're 20 man. your natural testosterone is the highest it will ever be, if you cycle you risk never meeting those high levels again and having low T.

I was 20 wanting to juice bad. Knew a lot of people who could walk me through it. I waited and just kept researching and putting it off. Now I know more then those dudes who would of helped me, and I'm bigger then them too, naturally. Because I worked on diet and training and not just gear for help. It's not magic

Not sure where I've been going wrong, but I just haven't made the progress I want natty so far. My diet has been extremely on point. That is the #1 thing I prioritize, since I believe it to be the most important aspect of bodybuilding, and I've been on strict training regimes with proper progression/deloading protocols. My strength was going up tremendously on my bulk, but I just didn't see the muscle packing on quite as well as I liked. It was more fat than anything. I've been serious about my training/diet for over a year now.

Ended up cutting for the past couple of months because of the fat gain.

To help gain muscle you can always try changing up your split. About a year back I switched my split to resemble Sadiks and it helped me alot. Something along the lines of:

Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Rest (or cardio)
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Rest

You're also probably around 12% body fat. What type of sets do you do? High rep, low weight? Low rep, high weight? How is your form?


Also, don't even consider BnC at your age. Pardon my language, but that is fucking retarded.

Noted. I will plan on doing a PCT then. Yeah, I have talked with a lot of people and am going to reduce my protein intake and up my carbs.

My form is very good. If I am ever doing a new exercise, I will always ask others for help, to make sure I am performing it correctly. I have been sitting around the 8-12 rep range, lately, as I have been cutting. During my bulk though, I try to stay around 6-8, with around 3-4 sets, on compounds. 8-10 reps and 4 sets for accessories.
 
Play with your diet and see what works, but nothing happens overnight so it take a long time to see what does and doesn't work. I often overload protien and lack on my carbs which makes it near impossible for me to gain weight, you have to have carbs AND fats!! If you feel stuck in the gym try going back to the basics, those are your standard for building mass. Keep your workouts simple but intense. Play with your rep ranges too. I see gains if I drop the weight almost 30-40% and go for slow controlled reps and trying to force blood into the muscle each rep. Every now and the. I go heavy again to keep muscle guessing.

Personally when I bulk, I train lika a lunatic. Dropsets, supersets, trisets, giantsets. I do high reps, but i always do different, never lower then 12 though. Some workouts ill do 50 reps, 30, 20, 15 and 4 sets with little rest. Im so fcked after my workouts, puked a couple times from legs this week hahah... I belive in high reps when you are bulking, not only cause AAS helps recovery, but also cause you are eating enough to repair those muscle fibers.

Spend the money you were going to waste on cycle and get a trainer or get someone who knows what they are doing to mentor you. At your age you would be harming your natural production of hormones. Wait at least min of 5 years you will be glad you did.
If not your going to be on here wondering why you can't get a hard on anymore or why you have no energy or will to live. They are so many things you should consider before you mess up.

Well, I assume I won't have those problems if I am smart with my usage.
Take your age out of the picture, and you have a pretty solid plan. Do you have or see a doc? Any pre existing conditions? Have you got your gear yet? Do you work, or goto school? Are you going to be able to keep it a secret, or your brothers n sisters going tell on you?

I do have a doc, though I am not seeing him for this. I am getting pre/mid/post bloods done via privatelabsmd. No pre-existing conditions. I do have my gear; Test-E/Nolva/Clomid/Aromasin. I don't have a job per say; I run my own online business. Yep, easy to keep secret.
 
Sounds like your living the dream. Stay at it, don't give up. I have been thinking about making money online, just something on the side, in my secret life. Lol. Seriously, do the labs, get big and grow. Looks like you have your shit together,solid. I guess asking you to wait 10years isn't going to work? Because the truth is you won't want to stop.

I honestly just don't see the point in waiting. If I have the knowledge to do it safely and properly, why wait?

It's also not as glamorous as it sounds. I make a lot of money, sure. It can just get really boring at times. I honestly miss having a job now, and might even go back to school, just because I feel socially starved.
 
Only reason I'm waiting is cuz my gear not here yet. you got yours pin that shit right now, in a few weeks you'll awaken the monster within, I hope you can control it. Your social life will improve, get out the house, goto gym, adventures in between. School is a must, that's where the girl are, have fun;)
