First Cycle Dbol and Test E - 28 year old.

Hi I am 28 year old, 5'8 ft, 150 lbs now. I have been doing workout in past from 2007 till April 2010. Never got good results so thought of quitting. Now I have again started working out from 1st Feb. Had some decent results, initially had Isopure protein along with Glutamine, Muscletech Neurocore & Twin Lab Fuel.

Now im thnking of starting my first cycle with Dbol (oral) and Test E for 6 weeks. Can you please help me on the dosages and PCT.

Goal to get ripped muscle mass.

Appreciate all your thoughts and guidance.
 
Why the hell do you want ripped muscle??

What is your workout?
What weight, reps, sets, duration, frequency, etc?
 
Monday Chest
Incline dumbell press: 20 lbs - 20 reps, 30 lbs - 15 reps and 40 lbs - 12 reps.
Flat Barbell bench press: 25 lbs each - 20 reps, 30 lbs each - 15 reps, 45 lbs each - 15 reps.
Incline Dumbell Flyes: 10 lbs - 15 reps, 15 lbs - 15 reps, 20 lbs - 12 reps.
or
standing crossover cable flys: 15lbs - 15 reps, 20 lbs - 12 reps, 20 lbs - 10 reps.

Peg Deck, Double Bar and Dips circuit.

Peg Deck: 15 lbs 15 reps, 20 lbs 12 reps, 20 lbs 12 reps

Double Bar (body Weight) - 10 reps, 10 reps, 6 to 8 reps

Dips - 10, 6, 5.
Duration: 1 hr to 1.5hr

Tuesday: Back

Wednesday: Cardio and Abs

Thursday: Bisceps and Triceps.

Friday: Shoulders and Abs.

Saturday: Legs

Sunday: OFF.
 
What the hell is Flat Barbell bench with 25lbs each???

No wonder your not growing...

You gotta get on a heavy lifting
and heavy eating program.

You juice now, you'll grow from the gear somewhat,
then when you try to grow off gear you won't
and will keep spinning your wheels getting frustrated.

Forget the Cardio and Ab training..
That shit is a waste of time
when going for size...

Don't isolate muscles
just make the bulk of your training from
Dead-Lifts, Squats, and Decline Bench...
I like decline cause heavy flat or incline fucks
up my shoulders...

Barbell is not a dumbbell...

I don't suggest a cycle so can't give you
opinion on one..

I suggest lifting heavy.. Heavy for you and
not 40lb Dumbbells.
Leave the 40lb dumbbells for the women.

Get on a powder lifting program first
it will help pack on some size and build strength
for another workout later on...
 
I agree with manwhore... drop the isolation moves and concetrate on building a solid foundation first. Squats, bench, and dead also I would throw in dips and pull-ups. Reason being is because you are moving your body weigh and it will help build a solid foundation. You might not be able to bang out sets of 10-12 pull-ups at first but if you stick with it ... you will progress. Im 240 and when I started doing pull-ups I could only get 1 . Then 1 turned into 2 and so on and so forth. I can now do 4 sets of 12 with a fairly wide grip. Im no vet ...but I think you should probably wait on the juice...just my 2 cents.

Ok, let me build the foundation once again. Can you suggest me a work out plan which you think should be best for me for couple of weeks and powder.
 
how many calories were you eating

were they good clean calories

3 years and almost no gains chances are your diet wasn't what it should have been

Get your diet and training on point before you cycle

There are many good threads in the training and nutrition sections

Had gains however didn't got muscular physique ever always bloated one, sure will check the section right away thanks a lot.

Flat bench barbell press

100 lbs 15 reps
160 lbs 12 reps
170 lbs 8 to 10 reps

Incline bench barbell

50 lbs 15 reps
60 lbs 12 reps
100 lbs 10 reps

Decline bench dumbell fly
15 lbs 15 rep
20 lbs 12 reps
30 lbs 10 reps

Rope cross over
20 lbs 15 rep
30 lbs 12 rep
50 lbs 1o rep

Doublebar and dips together...


As well had increased weight for other workouts too

Can u now suggest me on the cycle....

But in all seriousness Sky, why not see what your body is capable of naturally with proper nutrition and proper training before even thinking of AAS. I put 10 years into the gym before I even looked at steriods. You need time to see what works for you, how you have to train, eat, and rest. Everybody's different, but MW gave you good advice, if what you were doing isn't working, then change what you're doing until it does.
 
In past I spent almost 4 years in gym than had a interval for 1 and a half year. now again started working out from 1 and a half month. So have got some good results with clean diet and supplements. So thought to go on steroids and make some good gains.

Frankly speaking I had a cycle of Test Prop and Ethanate in 2010 with 300mg a week had decent results.
 
Dbol cycle very effective for the beginners which would be 200-400mg of Deca-Durabolin once per week and about 15-25mg of Dianabol each day for about 6-8 weeks.
