I said before, this is bulking cycle, cutting cycle comes afterwards.Does it really matter 15% or 20% NIMO.
Granted bloat could account for some of the less than "cut" appearance I observed.
Nonetheless most BB and lifters had a tendency to grossly underestimate their body fat and overestimate how "on point" their diet really is.

I'm not BB or lifter. I'm doing martial arts since 14, and I want to get in shape and gain some weight.
Is that a bad thing?
I'm not overastimating anything and not underestimating anything.
Just wanted to share my experience with you, probably a bad idea.
