I'm not BB or lifter. I'm doing martial arts since 14, and I want to get in shape and gain some weight.
Is that a bad thing?
I'm not overastimating anything and not underestimating anything.
Just wanted to share my experience with you, probably a bad idea.

Doc,

I dont even see 15%. Giving him 15% is being generous IMO. I am more along the lines of 10% 12% being on the high end.

Not feelin' ya here. You still think the OP needs reduce BF significantly before cycling? NOT!
