First Cycle ever, and a big Hello to ALL at MESO-Rx

unless you have the genetics for it, you are not going to be able to bulk up and achieve a six pack at the same time, you are shooting for two different goals at the same time that are counterproductive to each other

even the pros approach those goals at separate times, they bulk up and get a little fat and then when it gets closer to competition they diet like crazy and lose weight

sounds like your body is not going to want to put on any size while you are worrying about getting lean

also, more hours in the gym and lots of cardio are not going to bulk you, intensity with time to recover are the keys,
 
Goodmorning everyone!

Having read all the new posts I feel that im starting to understand where I go wrong. I though lifting and getting lean goes hand in hand but i guess thats not how it works. All these body building magazines and stuff are quite decieving, i feel that ive just burned 2 years and not getting anywhere. I REALLLY THANK EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU, for all this help. Im gonna take your advice and start by inceasing my calories and changing my training routine. To me, getting lean isnt as important as getting stronger, heavier, more bulky etc.

Funny thing is just yesturday I was hand restling a guy and I really messed up my left elbow, i tried hitting the gym yesturday but i think i must of damaged the joint or some legement, it hurts...

Anyhow i guess im gonna just do some cardio while I get healed.

Also, i will deffinatley get some B12 injections and give it a shot. I live in Sweden at the moment, its a bit hard to get these things here. Ill try find some trusted website to order some ampules and give it a shot.
