First cycle in 6 years... need advice

It has been 6 years since the last time I did a cycle. So, getting back into the swing of things I am going to try and work out a good cutting cycle. Plus, I am in need of a "grocery-gear list" too ;)

First of all I have some Tren which I plan on using on the cycle. Here is what I am thinking, If you have any suggestions please fire away.

Weeks 1-6 75mg tren ED
Weeks 1-4 25mcg to 100mcg Cytomel ED
Weeks 6-10 100mg Winny ED
Week 10-12 HCG

What anti-estrogen should I use at post cycle? Like I said it has been a while. To put it in perspective WAR was one of the only steroid books around and Muscle Media 2000 was popular. Doh!
 
I would add Test to your cycle. First it is a backbone of any cycle. Second, tren alone will kill your sex drive and you Test will help combat that. If you are shooting Tren every day and are looking for a cutting cycle, I would go with Prop.

bro TEST IS BEST always use test as a base & cynomel with no test shit bro you'll srink up catobolism is a bitch,remember its not the drugs that cut you up its your diet & cardio heres what i would do

prop 1-12 150 eod
tren 1-6 75 eod
winny 50 ed 6-10
then start yourt pst

use your hcg 500 iu's every saturday and sunday of your cycle throughout it to prevent any atrophy from setting in. then either clomid or nolva psot cylcle, starting 2 days after last injection
 
Cool guys, thanks a lot. I was looking at Endocrine_Supply's tds products particularly his Tren/Test Base. Anyone have any experience with it or have any dosing advice?
 
Hey Bro, welcome To Meso......Exactly at what level is your physical conditioning at ?? What are your current weight/stats and what was the heaviest/strongest you were on previous cycles ?? Lastly what are your current goals ??
 
Im not sure how you are going to run your cytomel/cynomel but you should really look into the recent studies and research behind it... you dont want to fuck up your thyroid... it looks as if you are going to run 25-100mcg and then quit cold turkey... bad news... dont do that. you need to taper off ... ramp up and ramp down...

the total amount of time on your cycle should be broken down like this:

5% Ramping up
40% Maximum
55% Ramping down

when you come off you should take some kelp pills and a multivitamin durring the day to help bring your thyroid back up to par....

I have done cynomel before, I wouldn't just stop taking it. I didn't really specify on that one but I planned on doing a pyramid taper so I don't screw up my thyroid. Thanks for the advice though Tank01, if I were going to do that you would have saved me some problems :D

Thanks for the welcome. It had been a while since I went to the gym but a couple months ago I started getting back into it. I was surprised to find a lot of my strength come back pretty quickly. I was into body building pretty heavy for about 7 years but I decided to hang it up for a while when my daughter was born. 2 hours in the gym at night after work left only an hour or two for hanging out with her.

I have never had a problem with gaining muscle and strength I could just use some fat loss and some toning up which is what I usually struggle with. I am not a fat ass, I just have a disposition for gaining weight on my "love handles" I don't gain much anywhere else. Genetics... So I was looking into doing a good cutting cycle and put on a few pounds of quality muscle. I am about at the point I was a few years ago as far as I could push myself "naturally" and could use some gear to help me out a bit. I know you might say to train without some gear for a while longer and see how it works out. Which I plan on, I just want to be prepared for when I decide to do a cycle.

I currently weigh 225lbs @ 6' tall. Wanting to get down to 200lbs or a bit below. I don't have any current measurements but will take some soon especially before my cycle.

My previous cycles were Sust and Deca, Test and Deca, and Dbol and Test. I did about 5 8-week cycles and had very good results I kept nearly all of my gains even throughout the years of not working out. I did most of my research at the time using the World Anabolic Review and good ole alt.fitness.weights I think was the newsgroup. There wasn't too many good sites out there at the time.

My current goals are to do some good cutting cycles to get me at the point where if I do heavier cycles or some mass cycles it won't be much to lean out again. I am going for the "Cheap ass, look good for summer" thing right now but would like to continue it and push myself as far as I can which I've always enjoyed.
