Hey everyone, been on my cycle for 4 weeks
Starting as follow
250mg/week test cyp
3.5 iu gh ed
Had reta at 2mg weekly but dropped that at 4weeks.
Now im thinking of upping test dose to 300mg/week and maybe adding mast prop at 150-200/week.
What do you guys think?
Stats 5ft11 , 198 lbs, 7-8% bf would be my guess. Been training very consistently for 16 years. 33 y/o
I run 40-50km weekly and following john meadows gamma program for the gym!
Looks like pull-push-legs- arms- rest-pumpsesh-rest.
