First Cycle Log....input appreciated.

I figure I may as well make a log of this since I'm sure to need guidance here and there.

I did my first shot on Wed. Right Glute, Bled like a stuck pig afterward. Was sore as hell the next day (still a little sore today actually)

Running 500 mg Enanthate x 12 weeks
40 mg Turinabol per day
3 Gr. Triblulus per day. (This is in place of running HCG alongside the cycle)

I'll be using a taper, Trib, and Nolvadex for my PCT.

I planned this cycle with input from an IFBB Pro who runs his PCT etc. the same way.


Today is Sunday, I just did my second shot about 20 mins ago in the right delt.

I'm guessing this is purely placebo as I don't think anything should be hitting me yet (maybe the T-Bol??) But the amount of food I have been able to take down for the last day and a half is far past what I have been able to eat for the last couple pf months. My last workout on Friday was also off the hook! I actually felt before the workout that it was going to be intense.

I do have one question....... My Arimidex is .5 mg each. How should I use it? I popped the first one on Friday morning. They are caplets so I can't just cut em in half. I was thinking every three days instead of two? Input here would be greatly appreciated.

My goal is to add at least 15 lbs of LBM and drop some bodyfat in the process.

if you're proned to Gyno, or just don't wanna deal with sore and puffy nipples .5 per day is a

common dosage. it is expensive though, .5 eod is fine as well.
 
O.5mgs a-dex eod is just fine but tribulus instead of hcg is simply ridiculous. Stick with tribulus and zma while and after pct , not on cycle. Skip the t-bol since it doesn't kick fast enough to use it as a front-loading steroid and save it for the end of your cycle.

Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test
Weeks 9-14: 40-60mgs T-Bol
Weeks 1-14: 500iu HCG
Weeks 1-14: 50mgs Proviron
Weeks 15-18: Nolva or Clomid PCT

Unfortunately, my supplier is nowhere near me so getting more/other gear is very difficult to do.
I've been seeing some gains in strength already. Being that Wed was my first shot (second was yesterday) I chalked it up to Placebo but my leg workout last night was the most intense session I've ever had. I passed all my previous Personal Bests and could have done more if I had a spotter.

I definitely notice an increase in aggression during my workouts which seems to be intensifed after I take my Arimidex. Being that I'm working out every second day right now, I'm taking the Adex 3 hours before my workouts.

I decided on the Trib. protocol on a suggestion from a Pro lifter who follows the same regime. If I see any TA though, I will definitely try and get some HCG. Is there anything else I should watch for that will tell me if the Trib isn't doing what I want it to?
 
I'm wondering if I should pin every 4th day or go every Wed and Sun. Any opinions? I imagine it won't make THAT big a difference right?
 
Insane update!!

Did my 1 week weigh in and I'm up 8 freakin lbs already!! Also up 1% fat which means 2 lbs of that is fat but I am still amazed! No telling if any of that is water weight too. Nonetheless....I always told guys who accused me of being on juice in the past.... With the way I gain muscle, if I were on gear I would be huge! I guess we're going to find out.

I started at 212 lbs and 16%. Was hoping to finish at 220 and 12% or thereabouts. I am now sitting at 220 and 17%. That means in the next 11 weeks I need to drop 11 lbs of fat and put on 11 lbs of muscle. That should be entirely do-able.
 
Ok, my body must not like this shit!

My buddy bought mine and his gear all together and sent me what I paid for. So he's taking the exact same stuff and he said he is getting absolutely no post injection pain.

Me, I'm dreading every injection because the muscle I inject just kills me for days afterward.
Anyone else go through this? I thought maybe it was the BA content but my buddy isn't having any problems.

Weigh in tomorrow. Lifts all past previous personal bests already and just finishing up week 2. Thinking this Turinabol is doing a LOT of good.
 
What kind of needles do you use and how many injections a week do you do in the same spot?
Try using 23 gauge, 1 inch or 22 gauge 1.5 inch and keep in mind that on weekly injection is going to do it.
 
Using 25 Gu pins. Bi-weekly injections to keep my levels more stable. Rotating 6 sites. So far, every site has been a first as this is my first cycle.

I don't know if I hit a nerve dead on this morning when pinning my right Quad but that shit hurt instantly and I had to pull out right away.:eek: Moved over a cm and pinned with no problem.

I pin per week would mean a 2 ml injection which would bother me more no? :confused:
 
Last nights leg session was the first where i didn't feel stronger then the workout before.
So.... placebo? I'm thinking possibly more of a result of the upped calories over the last 4 weeks and probable water weight I'm holding. I don't think I gained 6 lbs of LBM in my first week.
 
Weigh in tonight puts me at......exactly the same as I was last week. :p
I am happy with that though considering I was traveling 3 days last week and ate like crap and far too few calories.

I did my injection this morning, thought all was fine until I did my cardio a couple of hours ago. Now I can barely walk :( It's always the worst the next day too so I have no idea what to expect and I'm not looking forward to getting out of bed :eek:

Has anyone else ever reacted this bad to their shots?

Using 25 G pins, I've done 5 injections now and only one didn't kill me afterward. I am starting to dread these injections because I know whats coming.

I made sure the oil was very warm, massaged the muscle before and after injection, injected as slow as I could. Nothing seems to be helping.

I'm actually wondering if the supplier has a different brand. I doubt it though. And as I stated before, my buddy is taking the exact same stuff with no problems.

Getting very tired of this........:mad:
 
Ok, I'm starting to feel like a whiner but these 2 weeks have not been at all enjoyable. I started my third week yesterday with my 5th injection. I injected my left quad in the Vastus Lateralis.

I posted in my progress journal that my first "prick" hit a nerve and I had to pull out right away. I moved a cm up and reinjected with no problem. I did cardio last night and afterwards I could barely walk. Today seemed to get easier as the day went on.

Now however, the pain is down where the muscle attaches to the knee. Also, when I flex my quad, there is a lump that goes across the top of my knee.

Why do I have a painful lump AWAY from the injection site? It's not hard but is warm and somewhat painful under pressure.

Pretty much all my injections have been painful afterward but this is the first lump that has appeared. I've chalked it up to virgin muscles thus far and hoping once I've hit all the muscles once, the rest of the injections will go smoothly.

I posted this both in its own topic and in my journal .... hoping someone has some insight into this. Could there be something in this Enan. that is reacting with me? It seems to have made my previous panic disorder/anxiety symptoms reappear. The only other time I get the symptoms back is after a night of heavy drinking.
 
I told you. Switch to 22 gauge 1,5inch or 23 gauge 1 inch and it's going to hurt a lot less. Your gear may be of low quality as well.
 
Experience to date:

Shots haven't been as "friendly" as i would have liked. I also decided I'm just not "twisty" enough to hit my glutes so all my injections are going to Quads and Delts. I keep trying to psych myself up to do a Ventrogluteal but I chicken out every time.

I am now 19 days in, 6 injections. No TA to this point, hornier then usual, skin was oily for about a week and seems to have backed off (strange?)

I gained strength quickly during the first 2 weeks which I attributed to either a.) Placebo or
b.) Turinabol. In any case, the strength gains have stalled now.

Workout pumps are getting crazy. So much that I had to quit my last shoulder workout because I couldn't lift my arms anymore. I decided to quit my Superpump in case it is in fact contributing.

I seem to have some bad anxiety symptoms that won't go away. My heart pounds pretty hard and it keeps me awake at night. I talked to a good buddy who used to sell AAS and helped a lot of guys with their cycles and he's attributing it to a "break-in" period and said once my system is used to the gear, it should settle down.

Vascularity in my forearms is definitely up. I'm not normally lean enough to see a lot of veins but they're sticking out pretty good even though I haven't lost any bodyfat yet.

Looking forward to some noticeable results anytime now. Thinking I should start seeing something if his gear is good in the next week.
 
For sure!! Another thing I notice is on the days I take the Arimidex, I feel like an animal [}:)]
I guess killing all that Estrogen feels that damn good!
 
Well.....after questioning this gear for the better part of the first 3-4 weeks of this cycle, my weight finally started moving again.

Start Aug 12th: 212 lbs @ 16% bf
Current: 223.5 lbs @ 16.7%

So after my weigh in today, I am up nearly 12 lbs.
Holding a bit of water the last couple of days though.

Almost done with the Tbol. 2 more days to go. Not sure I would do it again. I did gain a lot of strength from it but I'm pretty sure my anxiety symptoms were directly related to it. I'll find out after it's done I guess.

So..... just over 4 weeks in, starting to hold water, weight moving up, muscle pumps getting to the point of ridiculous sometimes, and skin is pretty oily the last week or so.

Here we go :D

So the test isn't causing any blood pressure issues at all.

Now exactly 5 weeks in.
Running Enan. + Tbol, I gained 12 lbs. Started holding water during the last week.
Curious to see whats going to happen now that the Tbol is out of the equation. Really should have left it out in the first place for my first cycle but it was available so I figured I would use it to kickstart strength gains.
