Hi Everyone,
So this is my very first cycle log and actually my very first post too... I'm logging this in order to try and help others out as one of the things i found useful when researching my cycle was to see what experiences others had when running theirs.
A bit about myself - I'm 30 years old and have been strength training for about 3 years... I train 4-5 times a week and run a pretty lean body fat %. I am 5"8 (176cm) tall.
The picture below is my starting point - 17th April @ 65Kgs (143 lbs)
My Cycle was planned as follows:
Week 1-12 - 600mg TEST E per week (2 pins PW using Pharmacomstore Test E 300)
Week 1-5 - 20-30 mg Dianabol ED (PharmacomStore Dianabolos 10)
Week 2-14 - Arimdex 1mg EOD
Week 2-14 - HCG 500 iu's per week (2 pins Sub-Q PW)
Week 15 - Nolvadex 40mg /d and Clomid 100mg /d
Week 16-17 - Nolvadex 20mg/d and Clomid 50mg/d
I ran pre-bloods 3 weeks prior to starting my cycle and the results are below; Its worth saying that in the UK Testosterone counts are given in nmol/l rather than ng/dl, however a conversion tool tells me that 20.2 nmol/l = 582 ng/dl.
Macros are being tracked using MyFitnessPal and i set myself the goal of eating 3k calories a day - (192g Protein, 191g Carbs and 77g Fats).
So my first injection was done on the 15th April and i am now 5 weeks into the cycle. I have been injecting into alternating left and right glutes and haven't yet had many problems with PIP, i guess this is an endorsement of the quality of product but also down to method of injecting too. I am drawing the test with 21G needles and swapping to a 25G to inject, i will also warm up the oil to body temperature and inject right after a warm bath too, i think doing both these things is helping to reduce any soreness and making the injections as smooth as possible.
I'm now at the end of week five and i had some mid-cycle bloods analysed last week:

I'm pretty happy with the mid-cycle blood results and can see that my testosterone levels have improved by a factor of 350%.
Again, the UK Testosterone counts are given in nmol/l rather than ng/dl and the conversion tool tells me that 89.9 nmol/l = 2592 ng/dl. I think given that the bloods were taken 4.5 weeks into the cycle a result like this indicates a good testosterone boost from my base level.
Next up is a picture of my progress taken on the 20th May which is bang on the 5 week mark... I've increased in weight by 5Kgs (11 lbs) to 70Kgs (154lbs) and i have noticed better muscle definition all round. My delts, quads and pecs have all gained a better shape and I've definitely noticed strength gains in the gym too.
Overall i am really happy with the mid-cycle progress and am looking forward to the next 7 weeks of gains! I'm hoping to finish the cycle at around 76 Kgs (167lbs) which would give me a total cycle mass gain of 11Kgs (24lbs).
