First Cycle Log/Pics

Well i am on my first cycle and i wouldnt recommend anyone to do their first cycle my way but anyway here is the breakdown.

Week 1-12 (Sept 20-Dec 12)
Test E:400-500mg Week (Trying to find the sweet spot, 500 was too much and im droppig to 400 to see how things go.)

Week 1-5
Dianabol:10mg/Day for the first 3 weeks
Then 20mg/Day for the last 2 weeks.

On week 6 i ran winny just to test it out at 30mg/Day and i will probably never run that again lol unless i have some nandrolone to combat the joint pain.

For the last 5 weeks i will add on Nandrolone Phenylpropionate at 200mg/Week.

I started at 194.2lbs around Sept 20 and am now at 206.1lbs. Im actually disappointed in myself because i felt i couldve done better on my diet and training but hopefully november and december will be a big change. I will post progress pictures soon. I am hoping to be around 220lbs by Dec 12. And my height is 5'7" if youre wondering.
 
10mg a day of Dbol is a low dose, so is 20mg day. 12lbs is a good gain so far if it's all muscle. Keep eating lots and lifting heavy.

can you elaborate on this (i.e. 500 was too much) i don't see any ai listed which might've helped whatever your issue was
 
I had to use aromasin at 25mg ED. Im thinking it may have been underdosed but when i tested it out before my cycle it only took 12.5mg a few times to lower my E2 to the point i was gettin bad sides.
