A good detailed log, and a well-planned cycle. Good job on doing your homework, it sounds like you're reaping benefits and enjoying them. Congrats man, keep it up.
 
Thanks everybody for following along. Here is a day 17update

I have to make this quick because I have a girl who I met at the beach picking me up from my house in 10 minutes, and I have to make myself somewhat presentable :)

Today I was shruggin 505 lbs on the barbell, and on the 8th rep of my first set, my left shoulder started to ache. It was some pretty respectable pain for a couple hours after the gym, but it is sort of going away. I can tell that this is one of these injuries that would have nagged me for a while if I wasn't on cycle.

However, I am starting to second guess myself for not using deca in this cycle. Everybody told me to do it to protect my joints. I instead opted not to use deca because for two reasons- keeping it simple, and deca dick. However, next cycle I will absolutely be adding deca and perhaps tren. I have been hearing that tren does wonders (:

Starting weight- 188
Day 17 weight- 206

Also, I started using arimidex @ .25 mg every day. I started doing this because of the ridiculous bloat I was getting. It has definitely worked a bit for me. How do you guys like this dose? Please do give me some input on the arimidex issue, and a suggestion for my 2nd cycle, which I want to be a hardcore bulk of about 12 weeks that I will run over the winter.

day 17 diet

5am
10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, scrambled (roughly 70 grams protein)
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of pro complex protein (60 grams Protein)

6 am gym time

7am post gym shake
2 scoops pro complex and a banana (60 grams protein)

8 am
Meat sandwich on double fiber wheat bread, small amount of mustard
(60 grams protein)

10 am
2 chicken breasts with a side of spinach (60 grams of protein)

11am
2 scoops of pro comlex (60 grams protein)

Noon
Whole wheat pasta with cut up chicken breast and a side of spinach (60 grams protein)

2 pm
sirloin steak on brown rice (50 grams protein)

4pm
Whole wheat pasta with cut up chicken breast and a side of spinach (60 grams protein)

5pm
2 scoops pro complex (60 grams protein)

7:30pm
1 chicken breast (30 grams protein)

9Pm
MONSTROUS sushi dinner (all sushi with brown rice) also an appetizer of beef negimaki, and chicken terriyaki skewers (at least 100 grams protein, seriously)

So today I consumed about 750 grams of protein, and a huge amount of carbs and vegetables, and I didn't even mention the gallon of nonfat milk and scoops of naturaly peanut butter I had.

And my bodyfat clocked in at 5.9 % today at the gym.

Pictures will be posted towards the end of the cycle. I will post before and after. But I gurantee that I am starting to look huge. A random guy that clearly lifted stopped me on the street and told me that I was looking "juicy... looking beefy." Kind of creepy, but it was a compliment.
 
Day 36

Test cyp has kicked in, 100%. My pumps are outrageous, my strength has gone through the roof, my appetite is ridiculous and unfortunately I have been really short with people lately. It's ok though, I am controlling it. The flip side of this is that I have been extremely aggressive with girls. I have been seeing one girl, and she spent the night last night, and I had sex with her 6 times in 10 hours. That is how high my libido is right now.

My weight is up above 210 now. So in 30 days I have gained roughly 20 lbs. And my bf is the same if not lower. I have no idea how much I will end up gaining. I might be one of these guys that gains 40 lbs on my first cycle. I don't know.

Strength gains are ridiculous. I hit 600 lbs on the deadlift for a single. My bench press went through the roof. 225 is now officially too light to be a warm up weight, and now I rep 265 for 15 reps just to warm up. Also, my squats have been feeling very strong.

My arms have grown 1 full, solid inch, and are measuring in at 19.2 inches now. I will post pics at the end of the cycle. Trust me, I am looking fantastic.

will try to keep the log updated more. I have had a ridiculously stressfull past 2 weeks at work, and between that and training, I have had little time to update.

Also, no sides to report except the anger. No acne, no bloating, no redness, no bacne, and definitely no gyno.
 
day 47 update

I made a couple mistakes. It was a good friends party at a nightclub, and although I was committed to not drinking on cycle, I went to the club, was VIPd, given a table and two bottles of grey goose for free, and all of a sudden I was drinking. A lot.

I haven't done drugs in years, and I did a few bumps of coke that night as well. I understand that this is really bad behavior, for someone on cycle especially. It is definitely not going to occur again.

When I woke up on sunday afternoon, I was hung over. And more noticeably, my right nipple was extremely sore and it felt like there was a small lump under it. Gyno.

Does anybody know if alcohol abuse can be a trigger for gyno if you are cycling?

Well I added 10 mg per day of nolvadex in to combat the symtoms, and upped my arimidex. Since then, it has gone away completely. Thank god.

Other than that, the cycle is going great. My weight is around 212 now. My strength is through the roof. No really bad sides. Just joint pain and nipple soreness.

Hey bro I just went through the same experience with dbol. I threw on over 30 lbs and was getting incred back pumps. then I noticed the gyno kickin in and I have been challenged by it since. i had a few bros that explained that dbol just causes too much damage and now I agree. at most i would say 3 weeks of dbol at 30mg ED and be prepared to deal with gyno for the rest of yer cycle.

now i am dealing with bad blood tests seems my liver (ALT score = 190) is suffering. kinda did not seem worth it to run the dbol even though i managed to keep 25 lbs of muscle...i'd rather not have the lump in my nip and multiple trips back to the doc for bloodwork.

as far as the drinking and drugs...well you have to keep in mind that you may be more apt to take risks...therefore you need to choose before you go out what is cool with you. you cant burn fat for 8 hours after your last drink and coke will mess you up for a couple days. what i would be worried about is BP creepin up with all the bloat and havin your heart totally stressed by the coke. not to mention that your liver is already maxed out by the dbol, so you can really cause some damage with drinking and drugs.

are you getting any bloodwork? good idea if you ask me...

All oil based testosterones, like cypionate, should be drawn out of the vial/amp with
an 18 gauge 1.5 inch needle and injected IM with a 23 gauge 1.5 inch needle.

on 7-20-11 i lost a member of my immediate family in a car crash.

please shut this fucking log so i don't continue getting emails with posts like this. this cycle reminds of of the darkest period of my life, and i am requesting that a mod please delete the thread.

I request that a mod delete this thread. I do not want to receive any more notifications like this. And this thread represents a period of legit darkness for me, dealing with the closest person in my life dying way, way, way too young.
 
Ink is this post is super old but this is a great log. I think ill do something like this soon. Starting a cycle very soon.

Sorry for your loss but that person dying has nothing to do with your cycle log.

The log should remain to benefit other members that are planning on running a similar cycle with similar doseages.

And 50mg of Dianabol on a first cycle = Donkey
