First Cycle Log: Test-E 500mg per week

  • 250mg of Test-E e3.5d for 16 weeks
  • 12.5mg of Aromasin e3.5d, starting on 3rd pin. Switch to 6.25 e3.5d during PCT
PCT
  • Nolvadex 20/20/20/20/20/20 every morning.
  • Clomid 25/25/25/25/25/25/25 every night.
  • 6.25 Aromasin e3.5d


Day 1

Took me about two hours of staring at my gear to work up the courage to do my first pin. It was painless, though I know for a fact that because of my anxiety leading up to it, I injected way too fast. Not sure if this will come back to bite me in the ass or not. 8 hours since pin and no pain yet, so that's good (I suppose). Injected in my outer glute.

I ended up having, what I think to be, a panic attack right after pinning. Extremely hot/sweating everywhere, super nauseous (almost threw up), headache. I was lying on the bathroom floor, in the fetal position, just waiting for it to pass. I calmed down after a while. I still have a slight headache, and have been super thirsty the whole day. Had to skip the gym today because of how I felt. Going to rest up and start full force tomorrow morning. Pinning will definitely be easier for me from here on out.

Day 2

Got some PIP in my glute now. This sucks, especially since it's leg day today. Ah well, I was able to knock it out. I was very disappointed with my numbers today. I focused so hard on maintaining all of my upper body strength during my cut, but neglected my legs. I have gotten considerably weaker in my squats. I'm going to have to focus on bringing my lower body strength back up.

My meals were decent today.

4 large eggs + oat/milk for breakfast.
Protein Shake after the gym
Whole Grain Pasta + Beef
Chicken Enchiladas (Whole Grain tortillas + cheese + sour cream + chicken + cream of chicken/mushroom)
2x filets of Tilapia + Mashed potatoes and spinach

Did 30 min. of cardio before I went to bed. 7.5 incline/3mph. Ordered something to monitor my BP as well.

Better take advantage and get that bench press up.

Even though he is too young and can get all lifts up with the right nutrition and training program. All you need is a big black guy or big white country guy to tell you to get to work!

Day 3

Had my 'Push' day today. Got an amazing workout in. I feel great. Going to be hitting cardio and abs here in a couple of hours.

Also, checked my BP today. 143 over 63. Going to work on getting it within a more normal/healthy range.

Meals thus far:

4 Large Eggs + Oats
Protein Shake Post-Workout
Whole Wheat Pasta + Beef
2x Protein Packs (Look them up, they taste great!)

Having a hard time getting all of the carbs I need in. Need to go grocery shopping I guess.

Still got around 1.2k cals to knock out before I head to bed. Looking forward to a clean and smooth injection tomorrow.
