First cycle log

Thanks for the reply man. That's what I was hoping to hear. I was just concerned I was possibly hindering growth because I have seen alot of people reporting alot more weight gain in this time period.

You're only doing 10-15 minutes a day? That's not many calories burned. Your weight gain is entirely dependant on your calorie intake anyway. If you're trying to gain weight and you're not you're not eating enough.

Also, it's only been three weeks and you're using an AI, so water weight gain is probably minimal. Are you eating more now than you were before this cycle?

Yes, I am eating quite a bit more. After looking at my question, I think I phrased it incorrectly. What I should have asked was to get the most out of this cycle, would you suggest I drop the cardio? I know a lot of people lean towards the "use test to bulk" philosophy.

I am gaining good weight right now, it was more of a question of theory. I can cut weight extremely easily later on if needed. So, properly put, I am content with the weight I have put on right now. But, if I were to cut it out a few days a week, would it even be beneficial? Or, as you stated, keep it for heart health. I realize this question makes me sound of ignorant to caloric intake, which I am not. But I am ignorant to AAS effects on my body and I wasn't sure if that extra 200 calories (appx) a day would add up or not

Some would disagree with me, but I'd keep the cardio year round. Maybe cut it back a little for bulking/strength, like EOD or something. Just eat 200 calories to make up for it on the other days.

Back. Today. Going forward I will have someone else taking pics for this log. Plan on uploading every other week.

I'm in for this run!!
Just a quick personal advice .
I wait 3 weeks after last pin and then hit pct.
At week 2 your TT still higher to start pct .
You can prove this by doing labs at week 14 if you wish.

I was actually thinking of doing 2.5 already. Glad to see another opinion in that thought process!

Last run for me was 12 weeks test e !
Did Labs on day 19 (after last pin )and labs came around 500 TT . Around my natty level .
So I was sure that was time to start pct so I start pct exactly at day 21.

So yeah day 19-20 is a good start.

Update:
Almost completed week 4.

I'm starting to get some negative sides, but nothing too bad. I've been sweating like crazy and my skin has been very oily. Also, waking up in the middle of the night 4-5 days per week. No acne yet, and I havent been retaining water. I am up to 192lbs at 9% bf as of yesterday evening. Libido is also through the roof.

Strength wise, the increases have been phenomenal for such a short period. My endurance isn't as great as it was before, but that's a fair trade in my book.

I've been keeping my diet around 3500 calories. Consuming appx 300 grams of protein a day. Carbs fluctuate depending on activity level. Planning on increasing my caloric intake these next few weeks to see what happens.

My buddy has pressuring me to throw in Winny for the last 6 weeks. I was very torn on this, but decided against as I want an accurate measure on how test affects my body and how I recover.

Below is a recent picture from earlier in the week. There is definitely more definition in my abdominal area, which is great considering the weight gain!

Again, thank you to everyone who has given me input throughout this process. I will keep trying to update and can't wait for the end results. Have a great weekend everyone!

Update:

Feeling good, staying lean. Core lifts are all up 30+ lbs. Total weight gain right now is about 12 lbs. I'm starting to get a little bit of back acne and my skin is extremely oily. I noticed some testicular atrophy, but the HCG has helped to reduce that. Besides that, no real sides. No gyno symptoms whatsoever (thankfully). I think the most surprising part is how much more productive I have been in a professional environment. My work ethic has been phenomenal and I'm loving the extra energy and drive this is giving.

Well, that's about all I have to report for now. Can't think of any negatives or questions at this point. I'm attaching a recent picture of my back. I know it isn't the best angle, and unfortunately covering up my tattoos has hid some definition, but the thickness compared to the start is undeniable. Thanks everyone, I will check back soon when there is more to report.

Update:

Pinned my left quad for the first time. Never doing that again. The PIP was absolutely terrible. Besides that, I recall reading on here that once you hit week 6 on sust everything really kicks into gear. I had chest today, and I absolutely blasted a workout. Never in my life have I felt so powerful. Great feeling. Also, up another 2 lbs since last week and I am looking alot leaner. I will check my body fat percentage on Sunday to make sure it is still within range to better gauge if this weight is lean mass or fat.

Also, I wanted to say for anyone following, that after browsing on here, I found the means to get some pharmacom test e 300 instead of going through the guy I got my sust from. I just wanted to see if there is a difference in quality, and it was a bit cheaper. Came within three days of ordering and I am very pleased by the customer service. I would like to thank the good people of this forum for guiding me in the right direction, without spoon-feeding me answers and sources. Once I start pinning this, I will be sure to include a detailed report for everyone interested.

That is all for this week. Thank you again everyone.

Yeah I can do that.

Age: 26
Height: 5'11"-6'
Current weight: 198
Body fat: probably 8.5-9%

Macros (I travel for work, actually have to work out at planet fitness alot so this varies a bit daily): 300 carbs/300 protein/100 fats is what I shoot for. Before, my carbs and protein were lower. This seems to be working but I think I am going to up the carbs.

Supplement wise I use:
Fish oil, multi
Creatine mono
Backdraft xp
PMP and Dust V2 (alternate) for pre
Glycoject
BCAAs
Isopure and gold standard proteins
ZMA
Melatonin (3-4 nights a week)

And thank you. I'm trying my best. Still new to this whole thing and just taking it slow gauging how my body reacts.

Here are some exercises and the before and current weight (I don't normally lift heavy. Normally higher rep sets)

Bench: B- ending pyramids at 275 C-ending at 305
Squats: B- 275 for ten C 315 for ten
I have not been deadlifting
Shoulder press: B-135 for twelve C-150 for twelve

I haven't been deadlifting because I have pins in my hand from surgeries and lately it has been bugging me alot. All that weight puts alot of strain on it. Also, I ignored legs for a long time, but have been taking them serious for awhile now. All other leg exercises are up a ton. Any other questions or comments?

Can go take a second glance to my numbers?

Plan is to go down 9-10%
Macros
Protein 210g
Fat 62 g
Carbohidratos 350 g

I'm going to be doing this for the following 3-4 months lowering carbs and raising protein .

Looks pretty good to me. Very similar to what I did last summer. Not trying to push products, but I find karbolyn or glycoject to really help when worrying about carbs. Good luck man and keep us updated on your progress!
