i am 28 years old 6’1 240lbs with 20% ish body fat when i started my first cycle of 500mg/wk of test C and 400mg a week of NPP . I used to lift weights 4 years ago naturally , but over the last 4 years my testosterone levels dropped to a level where i got put on trt
In the first 3 weeks of my cycle my weight has shot up to 255lbs while i havent had my body fat measured since then , by eyeballing my gut , chest etc with photos i took before starting I would say my body fat is slightly lower or the same as before i started with my muscles coming back.
I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week about 45 minutes-1 hour of high intensity lifting for the past 6 weeks ( 3 weeks before i started my cycle) lifting keeping a pace of 1 minute rest between sets and my muscles have been growing but im concerned with the gaining of 15 lbs in 3 weeks.
My goals are to lose body fat and keep building muscle , i think 225-230 lean would he a good size for me.
but when it comes to calories and macros for this goal i am pretty lost
