First cycle, please critique...

This cycle is actually for someone I know, Its my wifes, sisters, friends, husbands, dads, uncle. Any who, It would be a Test E only run.

250mg twice a week for 15 weeks
clomid 2 weeks after last shot, run for 4 weeks
100/100/50/50.

Any reason to run an AI or novla?

Stats are 30-35 years old, body fat 10-20% give or take. Pretty standard.

Pretty standard cycle. Keep an AI on hand just in case. The main thing that will make or break a cycle is diet/training.
 
1 yes have an ai on hand during cycle.
2 that's a little long for first cycle. 12 weeks will suffice
3 nolva would help during pct
4 drop clomid to 75 or 50 in week 2
5 you can even wait closer to 3 weeks post last pin to start pct
6 how can it be 10-20% bf? 10% is fairly lean. 20% is fat. Be more accurate.
7 what are you're goals?
 
BF 16%. Goal is to put size on the legs and shoulders, and overall well being.

personally I would cut down to 10-12%. If you start now you'll prob end up 20+% and not look the greatest. If you ok w that then hit it up
 
Sounds good, I have used intermittent fasting with great results. I will see If I can get a picture up from the last time I did it. I shredded in like 4 weeks. When I fast I eat my first meal at around 11am, then cram 3500-4000 cals in before 6pm.

This will be great, hopfully I can hook up this week and then have something to look forward in 4-5 weeks. I definetly want to do this right.

Here it is. I am 20lbs heavier now, but I plan on cutting 10 pounds then do my run.

I have got all I need now to start in 4 weeks! Can't wait.

As long as training is steady and eating disciplined and consistent you are going to be a fucking machine
