Hello! I’m new here, looking to get some advice from other woman on which cycles are the safest/ most effective. I’m pretty young, only 20, looking to compete in my first wellness competition sometime this year. I’m 5’7 152 with pretty solid muscle maturity in my legs for as young as I am. The wellness class has some serious beasts of competitors and the more I dig the more I’ve come to realize they’re almost all running something. My goal is to put on some more muscle mass in my legs/ glutes. Anavar is the one drug I keep seeing females talk about as well as primo. For my first cycle is it better to start with Anavar low dose and see how I respond? Can I see quality results with Anavar? Or should I start with something else like primo? Hope you ladies can help, thank you!
