First Cycle question

Hey all, I just wanted some advice on my diet side of my cycle. I'm not trying to gain too much weight as I'm a sprinter/football player. My main question was if I should be upping my calories while on cycle. Im currently eating about 2800-3000 calories/day. I know some will say my cycle is "dosed too low" but I'd rather start low and I've read plenty of people doing just fine on 300mg/week first cycle. Second question I had was how to keep my weight gain minimal, I don't want to gain too much weight. I know it comes with muscle gain but ideally I just want to gain strength/explosion. Any help would be great, thanks!

Stats
Age: 25
Weight:184
Height:6'1
BF:9-10%

Cycle
Test e @300mg/week for 10 weeks (150mg wednesday 150mg Sunday)
Arimidex 0.25 eod beginning until start of PCT (increasing if needed)
PCT- 2 weeks after last injection. Clomid 75/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20

6'1" 184 is skinny. You really need to get your diet in check first before you consider a cycle, regardless of how low you feel your weekly dose is.

How long have you been working out?

I'm a sprinter and receiver which explains the weight. Been training since 16-17ish. Diet is consistent. 200gprotein 190gcarbs 110g fats

Squat: 405
Clean: 275

If you feel your diet and cycle is dialed in for your needs, then the only suggestion i have is to drop your recovery plan to 25/25/25/25 and 20/20/20/20 clomid, nolva accordingly. You definitely will not require that level of SERM's being a healthy young male...if anything at all.

Idk about 300mg/ew tbh... it's so low and being the one factor of your whole cycle, it's practically pointless if your test levels are naturally high still. I'm not sure what you're thinking with this, and what you're implying to the more experienced people here on this forum is that you don't understand the risks involved with this... you ready haven't thought this out at all, and you're playing with fire.

I just woke up from a nightmare of when I first drove car, it was a firebird and I took it really fast on the highway and was so nervous I could barely keep it steady, didn't understand how to drive. I flew too fast around a corner, but managed not to tip it, though the left side wheels did catch air. In my dream, I relived that, but in this dream, the land beyond the highway at that point was a canyon filled with eerie fog. I flew off the cliff that this road was, and fell with vivid detail so far down into that canyon before finally waking and nearly jumping out of my bed.

It's quite relevant I think. I want you to understand that you don't see this canyon that you are likely going to tip your wheels and fall into if you decide to screw with your hormones without the foreknowledge. Understand? Only for you it wouldn't be a dream. You'd be screwing yourself IRL

So you're saying people who take less than 500 are stupid?

Thanks a lot, appreciate the advice!

I'm a sprinter and receiver which explains the weight.

DeAndre Hopkins, arguably the best receiver in the NFL is 6'1" and 210 pounds.

You're skinny.

At age 25, your test levels should still be quite high. I don't really see the point shutting yourself down for 300mg. Just do the tried and true 500mg a week. There's no reason not to. It's not like you're going to explode and weight 230 pounds at the end of it.

Something needs to be clarified bc at age “25” you should be at the peak training for almost any sport.

That’s not to suggest even small amounts of AAS can’t make a difference in the gifted few who excell at a particular sport bc they can ask Ben Johnson, Mark McQuire and Sammy Sosa.

But then again if you were that gifted you wouldn’t be HERE!

It is all about the diet if you dont want to gain alot of weights, if you are looking for explosive power and strength then only test will do nothing. Push ups and plyometric will take you to your point.

I'm not trying to go to the olympics or the nfl lol, I'm just trying to see how much more I can improve..

But what is the objective bc if it’s not for competitive purposes at a professional level, as the RISKS of using AAS often exceed the BENEFITS, IME.

I’d suggest you use those AAS funds for a professional trainer in your sport, as that’s the most reliable means of defining “improvements” based upon your GENETIC POTENTIAL.

Good luck
