Hey Bros

I've reading this site for 2-3 months and i am glad i found you guys. OK this will be my first cycle. I have been Training for a little over 6 years and my stats are
age 21
height 5'11"
weight 205
I am keeping it as simple as possible and going on an eight week cycle of 500 mg of cyp injected biweekly (500mg/wk). I will have nolvadex on hand but i might just take them throught to reduce water retention not sure yet. With the recovery cycle I am following Phreezer's with clomid but heres where i need help. Phreezer said 1000IU's of HCG for 10 days after last shot. I am not asking anyone to do my homework but piont me in the right direction. I can't find HCG. I have opened almost all threads in the classifieds and emailed about 8 people to get lists and none of them have HCG. Do I need HCG or is clomid enough? Also I am ordering from getpinz and how many cc's will i need for 250mg? I know needles need to be changed after drawing but can the syringe be reused or do i need a new one every day.

At 500mgs cyp per week I don't think you will need nolva or HCG. The clomid willl work fine at 300mgs(day 1) 100mgs (day2-11) 50mgs (day 12-21) so you will need 36 50mg clomid tabs (if you're using tabs) 14 days after your last injection.

Some people switch pins after drawing but I don't. Just get 22 or 23 ga 1 1/2 pins with 3cc syringe. Most likely your cyp is 250mgs / per cc, so the 3cc syringe will work fine. Not a good idea to resuse them, their cheap anyway you can get 100 for $25 or so from getpinz.

Make sure you follow the sticky on injection technique as far as swabbing your injection site and the vial with alcohol and aspirating etc.

I have just started my first cycle of Testexx at 600 mgs / wk.
I use 23 gauge needle on 3cc syringe, got them from getpinz (great service) No pain at all on glute injections. But it's hard to draw the oil into that small a dart. Here's my plan - Ordered 20 gauge 3cc rigs yesterday for drawing out, then pull the plunger out of the 23 g and spit the oil in, touch the plunger, tip it up and push out the air. Bingo ready to go with a fresh dart. The syringes are dirt cheep so 4 a week is not going to break anyones bank. Can't help with the HGC sorry.

what i get from getpinz...3cc with a 20g pin on it. and as many 25g pins seperate. draw with 20g, inj with 25. i wouldnt use hcg in that, and wouldnt use nolv even for water retention. unless it got bad. but if you want hcg check your pm.

you'll be MUCH better off using hCG along with clomid.

Yes use HCG, never ever reuse a syringe and use a fresh pin for injecting after the draw, they are so cheep not even an issue IMO. 500mg of test is a great first cycle.

Next, scrap nolvadex and get yourself a proper anti-E. (femara or arimidex)
Long esters like cyp and enan typically give more sides than shorter esters (prop, susp) and they take a long time to clear out of your system so mere cessation of injections does nothing for gyno. Save that nolvadex for PCT.

I dont understand why everyone has nolv/clomid "on hand" and wait for symptoms to show before they start treating it. Thats like waiting till you get cancer before quitting smoking. I just dont get it. Estrogen is BAD BAD BAD. For one, after test aromatizes into E, you have less test to create an anabolic environment in your body. Sure you can argue that you still have plenty more that you inject, but lets think about what Estrogen actually does. Some of the crap it does is make you fat, REDUCE your muscular gains (I know, SOME estrogen is needed but not in the amounts we're talking about.) it increases your chances for prostate problems, should I go on?

Next thing you should know is: gyno is not merely caused by the presence of estrogen, but the RATIO of test:estrogen. So in other words, you could have INSANE levels of estrogen wreaking havoc on your body, BUT YOU WON'T EXPERIANCE GYNO!

get some anti-E. you'll be amazed at how much you harden up just from the anti-E's from the reduced estrogen.

I wish they would make the 1st cycle posters read information about all these anti-Es before posting. I swear I've typed all this basic information in the past for other first timers.
