First cycle, stuff on hand, starting 1st December!

So, I guess you've already read my introduction!

First cycle, I've been reading through the world wide web for about a year, I've come to an cycle I think will fit me good, and safe to start with.

I will be running a 12 week cycle of Test C and D-Bol kicking the first 4 weeks.

Test C: 500mg each week, 250mg each monday and thursday.
D-bol: 40mg each day, week 1-4

AI: Will be running the AI during the whole 12 weeks.
Arimidex: 0,5mg eod
HCG: 500iu each week, 250iu each monday and thursday.

PCT for 28 days(4weeks): Nolvadex will be taken 14 days after last injection of Test C.
Day 1-14: 40mg each day of Nolvadex.
Day 15-28: 20mg each day of Nolvadex.


Diet:

Will be prepping my food weekly, gonna try to keep a low carbo diet, as I dont want to get to bloated, I know this will effect my gains too.

I will come back to diet plans when I've figured that out.


Workout:
I will have focus on high reps workout with pyramide.
Cardio will be each morning, and sauna after strenght workout.

I'm sure most people here will tell you to drop the dbol for your first to see how you react to the test alone, but it's up to you. You seem to know what you're doing, although I disagree with the low carbs as you're most likely going to bloat anyway for the first four weeks.

What are your current lifts & short term goals for this cycle?

Well, I dont mean "LOW" carbo diet, just gonna try to keep my carbs at normal, and not overeat carbs!

Well, In the first place I was also thinking of running deca upon this cycle, but I felt more comfortable removing the deca for my first cycle, as I see my streoid use as a marathon and not a sprint!

Well, for a few months ago I hitted 150kg in bench, did 225kg deadlift and 170kg squat.
as for now I am looking for to gain som mass for this cycle, in the long term I wanna build a lean and nice body, focused on strenght and beauty :D
 
Dbol is a crazy thing. Don't underestimate it. It converts to a more powerful form of estrogen inside the body which gives some people like me fits. Have nolva on hand as arimidex won't save you if tits are coming in
 
With your dose of test you should actually be waiting 5 half life's until you start your pct which will end you up 20 days after your final pin. If you start pct earlier it won't hurt but it's not really going to do much. Also add clomid in at 50/50/50/25 just makes for a smoother recovery if you want the marathon game recovery is number 1!

I prefer for first cycle you see how your body reacts with the test first so to wait until week 10 with test then add the dbol in week 10-14 also makes for a quicker bridge to pct and you'll know how to control your estro better by then. If your adex is good pharm grade .5 EOD might be a bit to much as well but you'll be able to tell with your mid bloods.

Don't worry about the bloat on cycle man you're only on for 12 weeks and the bloat goes away when the test does. Plus with proper estro control bloat can be controlled so get the most out of your cycle and eat.
