As the title states, this is my first AAS cycle. Please keep in mind that English is my 3rd language, so i'll do my best comprehension wise !
Sooo, 1st cycle, oral only = Tbol. I chose to do an oral only not because i'm afraid of needles, but because i want to get a feel of AAS, so i'm starting softly, with a mild steroid cycle. Maybe sometime next year i'll do a Test + oral cycle... i'll see.
Right now i'm in the 4th week of my cycle, so i'll include in this first post the updates of Week 1,2, and 3.
When I started my cycle i was sitting at 85-85.5 kgs. Right now (week 4 i'm at 90.5 kgs).
DIET :
Maintenance (at 85.5 kgs) was at 3'200-3'300 kcal. Macros were : 320 carbs, 90 fat, 230 protein.
During my cycle it's like this : 3'800-4'000 kcal. Macros : 400-450 carbs, 100 fat, 280-300 protein.
My diet can vary, but it consists mainly of :
- Whole wheat bread
-Slices of chicken/turkey breast
- turkey/chicken breast
- Pasta or mashed potatoes
-White rice
-Mashed apples
-Fruits
-Green veggies
-oat flour
Supplementation : Oméga 3-6-9, liv.52, taurine, magnesium, multivitamins, pre-workout, whey protein, BCAA's
CYCLE :
Goal : Gain quality mass and strength, and keeping most of it post-cycle..
Week 1->2 : 40 mg Tbol + 6 liv.52 (liver protection) / day (START : 3 November)
Week 3->6 : 50 mg Tbol + 6 liv.52 (liver protection) / day
PCT : Day 1 (1 day after last Tbol tab) : 100 mg Clomid + 40 mg Nolva
Day 2->22 : 50 mg Clomid + 20 mg Nolva
Only "problem" : During my 2nd week of PCT i'll be in my home country on vacations, i'll keep hitting the gym 5 days a week, the only thing that'll change is my diet, it'll be a bit more fatty...
Otherwise, I just did a blood test, mid-cycle, i'll post up the results here when i get them... And my 2nd blood test will be in january, a couple of weeks post-cycle, to see if everything went back to normal !
TRAINING :
Stats : Bench : 90 kgs x 1 ; Deadlift : 200 kgs x 1 ; Squat : 135 kgs x 1
Monday : Chest-Biceps (normally i do triceps, but i recently changed)
Tuesday : Back-Triceps ( """""""""""""""")
Wednesday : Shoulders-Traps
Thursday : Legs-Calves
Friday : Chest-Arms
Sat-Sun : Rest
Arms and Chest being my weak muscles i work them 2x a week...
There's everything to know about my cycle. I'll post weekly updates mainly consisting of cycle feels, side effects, problems etc.. and MAYBE a before and after pic (privacy wise...).

Weekly Updates :
Week 1 (3 nov - 10 nov) : Starting weight 85.5 kgs, Now : 87.0 kgs Caloric increase from 3'300 to 3'800 made my weight go up, i don't think it's because of the Tbol.. as it takes about 2-3 weeks to kick in
No strength gains, no significant change in muscle mass either. Some headaches, nothing bad.
Week 2 (10 nov - 17 nov) : Weight 10 nov : 87 kgs, now : 88.0 kgs. Bodyfat has not increased, i don't feel fatter or more muscular than last week.
However i feel a bit stronger. I hit 205 kgs x 1 rep on my deadlift last week.
Week 3 (17 nov - 24 nov) : Weight 17 nov : 88.0 kgs, now : 90 kgs. Bodyfat hast slightly increased. I'm more muscular, i'm getting some commentaries from a few people in the gym.. saying that i'm looking fuller. Strength is coming well... i FINALLY got my 3 plates last week (140 kgs x 1).
Sides : lower back pumps are horrible ! I had to stop my dealifts at 180 kgs because of them...
On monday (23rd nov) my pump was different, it was borderline painful... chest and biceps were really really pumped...
Diet has not moved ... 3'800-4'000 kcal.
I'm now at the middle of my 4th week... today i almost got 150 kgs x 1 rep on squats... Almost :/
