First Cycle: Test , 400mg per week

Whats up brahs and brehs...

The title says First cycle.. but this is technically my second cycle.. The reason I titled it "First" was due to my first cycle going to shit when I ran it. New, excited, not as well planned, and my first kid came during this..

So heres to my FIRST real cycle!

Stats:
Height: 5-10
Weight: 197lbs
BF: Approx 20%
Chest: 45.1 inches
Arms: 15.5 inches
Quads: 24.5 inches
Waist: 38 inches
Calves: 15 Inches

Running 250ml of Test E from a private source. Following my PCT up with 30 days of Nolva.
I have also decided to do 30 days of HCG started around week 6. (still deciding what week)..

My diet is all jacked up. I did my macros for a while, however, with my work schedule and avail. I have missed meals and numbers too much. I will be going for 1gram of Protein per lb. So around 200 grams of protein. I keep my carbs sort of low, we will see how this changes my workouts.
The goal here is to reduce my body fat and bulk a little.

No pictures unfortunately..

Enjoy brother, if you're source is good you'll have a good cycle. If i were you tough, id increase thatnumber to 500 ml. Nearly all ugl's are underdosed so you might as well do 500. Also try to get some clomid.
 
I dont like any of it, including the fact that youre not committed to your diet. I think you may be very disappointed with this cycle the way you have it laid out.

Have you researched beginners cycles and the importance of AI and a proper PCT, and then compared them to the one above?

Indeed, get an AI. But for the rest I dont see much wrong with his cycle. He's going for recomp so 200g protein seems like a good idea. As long as he gets them from clean sources.

It comes down to:
-Raise test to 500mg
-Get clomid
-Get an AI for in case u get high E signs.
-Raise protein a bit and eat clean.

Should get him some nice results.

My source could not get me clomid. I had accept Nov. My resources are limited in the matter of PCT.. I agree, I would pref an AI and if one becomes avail, I will switch.
I went with 400, because I used 250 the first half ass cycle I talked about before. Also, my first bottle was a home brew.. Not good.. This second cycle I went with CentrinoLab's Testoviron. 250mg/ml.. I felt 500 was too high and wanted to try 400 a week. As I have read on here that 400 is an okay number for a first cycle..

I appreciate the tough love boss.. But I just didn't type out any specific diet.. As stated with my current work assignment, I put too much pressure on myself to meet a Macro daily intake. It doesn't mean I wont be eating clean or monitoring my meal intake. I agree with you running a cycle, one should have a diet together and follow.. I choose not too..

Whatever you feel best with brother, we're just trying to help. The only way you'll realize what's best is by trial and error.
 
if you want to go with 400 thats gtg do what you are comfortable with . but get an ai before you start , the old saying better safe than sorry applies 100% when your using AAS

I would diet down some first and then hit it. You will be much more pleased with the results and you can naturally lower estogen levels BEFORE you begin cycle. Its easier to have elevated estrogen with a higher level of bodyfat
 
Hey buddy first of all good luck with the cycle! Your body fat is fairly high and I think if you try to drop fat while still "bulking up" a bit it could be a fairly complicated process that you may not be ready for. You should really commit to getting the most out of this cycle in terms of mass and strength. I know when you're cycling you want massive improvement in just about everything but you will look a lot better in 5 months if you bulk hard and heavy now and after a month of pct start leaning out then if you do what you have planned. If you really do not want to go that route than the only other option I can think of to help you get your desired results would be for you to lean out a bit now and try to get that body fat closer to sub 15% or even lower, and then start hitting the test to grow. That second option requires some patience but I think it will prove worth down the line. Well, regardless of what you decide to do best of luck to you again brother.
