Doing a pretty standard first cycle of test e.

Week 0: Blood work (results below)
Week 1-12: Test 250mg, 2x/week (Blood work on week 5)
Week 13-14: Blood work
Week 15-16: Clomid 50mg/ed, Nolva 40mg/ed
Week 17-18: Clomid 25mg/ed, Nolva 20mg/ed

I have Arimidex, Nolva, and Clomid on hand. I haven't taken any Adex yet, I want to see how I tolerate the test e before introducing another drug. I'm on week 2 with no symptoms so far.

My stats and training program:

This is where things will be a bit different from the average user here. I'm in a SOF unit in the military and my body gets pretty beat up. About 2-3 times a year, we conduct training with massive sleep deprivation, calorie deprivation, and other physical/mental stressors. So, I usually end up losing 20-30 lbs of muscle a few times a year, which sets my physical training back.

Age: 25
Years training: 9
Height: 5'9"
Bodyweight: 180- lbs
Body fat: 12%

I train about 10x/week, cardio in the morning and strength training in the evening. My goal isn't to get huge or look better in the mirror, just faster running, stronger upper body, and quicker muscle recovery.

Blood work (pre-cycle):

Testosterone: 345 (!!)
LH: 6.3
FSH: 2.5
Estradiol: 20.5

Okay, so I think I may have screwed this up. About a month before these labs, I conducted 6 weeks of pretty grueling training. Like 1-2 hours of sleep per night, one meal per 24-48 hours, too much physical training, etc. It messed my body up pretty badly. I thought a month would be enough to let my T-levels recover from it, but now I'm not so sure. So, either I have naturally low T levels, or I didn't get an accurate baseline.

The training a month beforehand probably didn't affect your blood test that much. What time of day did you get the bloods drawn?

I'd also add when you do the grueling training you're not losing 20-30lbs of muscle. It's weight but not all or even mostly muscle.

Bloods were drawn in the morning, on a 12-hour fast.

Besides some BF, what am I (and my peers) losing besides muscle? Not disputing, curious.

If that's the case I would reconsider starting your cycle and doing follow up bloods and talk to a doctor. Those test levels at your age are pretty low. You maybe a candidate for TRT in which case it would be important to get that squared away before cycling.

You lose a combination of fat, muscle, glycogen and water. The average 180lb make holds roughly 500g of stored glycogen and 1g glycogen holds 3-4g of water. So if you drop most or all of your glycogen during that training you'd also be losing 2000g or so of water which is ~4.5lbs of water just from the glycogen. Add in a bit of fat and muscle and that's probably where the weight goes.

Okay, I already pinned my second week of test today. How should I go about discontinuing? Before/after seeing a doctor?

What kind of doctor would deal with this kind of thing? I don't want this in my military medical records, so I can't see my primary doctor about this.

You would probably need to see your primary care doctor first who would then refer you to an endocrinologist or a urologist. Why do you not want this on your medical records? It's a legit treatment and should really effect your job. It's not like it's a psychological issue or anything.

If you want to come off and are only 2 pins in just stop everything and give it a few weeks for your body to go back to homeostasis. You shouldn't need much more than that.

I should also add, if you really don't want this in your records you could always go see a TRT/HRT/anti-aging clinic and get treatment there. The downside is insurance might not cover it and you'd have to pay a substantial amount out of pocket.
