First cycle Test E 5'9 205lbs, bloodwork included, physique

Hello guys !!

Stats: 19 y/o - 5'9 - 205lb
Bench - 320 lbs
Squat - 415
Deadlift - 405 (pulled it when I was 17 and got a hernia through my right nut and never deadlifted again).

I've been lifting consistently for 5-6 years but I really buckled down on growing when I was 16. Played football and wrestled all throughout highschool. Right now working full time and in college for computer science. The only reason I've decided to hop on this young is because I whole heartedly plan to compete and am willing to undergo the possible repercussions of early AAS use etc hpta shutting down forever etc etc. I want to do this more then anything ever the only reason I'm in school right now is so I have a backup plan if having a career in fitness like personal training, coaching or competing isn't viable. Also so my mom won't bitch while I inject needles in my ass.

What I have on hand- 9 vials 250 mg/ml Test E (10ml), nolvadex, aromasin, arimidex (accident but ig good to have suicidal and non suicidal?)

(planning to blast and cruise)

Weeks 1-4:
Test E- 175 mg on Monday and Thursday (350 total) So I just realized while writing this I accidentally pinned the full 350 into my delt so I'm just gonna pin 150 on Thursday and hope all is well and resume as planned next week like a not dumbass. I'm also using AI as needed if my tits explode.

After ^ these weeks I'm going to titrate up to 500mg Test E depending on how I feel for another 8-12 weeks and then cruise at 150-200mg until next blast. I got pre-cycle bloodwork as everyone and their mother preaches it's importance and knowing baseline and I plan on getting bloods at the peak of my cycle.

Bloods (Everything looks normal or healthy ranges? If anyone sees anything that looks like ass lmk thank you! I smoke and vape if that matters in my bloodwork, will quit to promote heart health.)

15 turning 16- just played football, skateboarded a shit ton, and wrestled. Before that I would just bench and squat often with my cousin. 15-16.jpg

18- Sort of maintained for a while at 180-190lbs it was really hard for me to eat past that point, continued to gain in strength and lean tissue.

Questions -

1. Any health supplements like vitamins or anything you'd recommend ?
2. Is HCG worth it I would run it but the aromatization seems annoying to deal with and I have plenty of time before worrying about conceiving or getting my nuts working again?
3. If gyno or estrogenic sides occur it's 0.5 arimidex twice a week right ?
4. Do you NEED a drawing needle, I just used the same needle because Walgreens would only give me 5 of them for my grandma with diabetes without a perscription.

Why do you need to cycle at 19? Most on here are gonna say wait till you’re older.
I want to get on stage next year, cutting at this natural weight ain’t gonna cut it especially if it’s against enhanced competition. I don’t NEED to cycle I want to, obviously it would be better to use when I’m older.

You need a solid role model in the gym. Not someone that tells you to take gear. I have seen tremendous things happen to younger people just by following a diet and training…. Hard as fuck training.

you don’t need gear at your age your body is still maturing. You need food …. A shit ton or a fuck load. Take your pick. Train hard as fuck! If you think your training hard now we’ll train harder than that. Nobody on this forum can tell you what dose to take of any AI…. Those are prescribed and dosed on your bloodwork of what your E2 says.

you’re 19 not 49 you have years and years to train and build solid foundation before adding in hormones. Just my 2 cents good luck with what ever you do

No steroids are good for you and part of a well balanced diet ! Obviously they’re bad the post is for harm reduction w continued use. I will train hard as fuck though.
 
As for vitamins, try the following:
50mg zinc picolinate - multiple benefits
4000 IU vitamin D - most people need it
curcumin - good for joint health
black pepper extract - makes curcumin more powerful
vitamin K2 - makes your vitamin D more useful
fish oil - aids in hypertrophy
creatine
NAC - it's a good antioxidant and promotes liver health
TUDCA - if you run orals, it helps your liver stay healthy

The guy is 205 at 5'9. He'd be pretty lean at 190 by the looks of it. If I were him I'd cut to 190 and bulk with some T. After a certain point, it's hard to put on muscle, even if you're eating like crazy. Honestly, the only real potential problem (my POV) from starting gear as a teen is the potential for stunting your height growth. T increases your E, resulting in closure of your growth plates (assuming they're not already closed).

Thank you ! I know BnC isn’t the best but man cycling off just to cycle back on again and again doesn’t sound the most efficient or healthy in the long run either. I definitely could gain more naturally but for competing purposes I’d get pretty fat after like 210lbs naturally. I’m sticking with 350 a week.

I started at 19 I'm 24 now. I'm not gonna tell you the consequences and that you might regret it in the future I think you have figured it out this already.

Just an advice on you're cycle.
Avoid AI at the first. Now you are young with appropriate dosaging and increase in dosaging you won't need any.

Go and buy proviron. Nolvadex you have already.
Start at 350mg when you stall upp it to 500 then 600 etc until you finish those vials.
Don't freak out on puffy niplles ore some weird sensations at first when you introduce testosterone and when you increase the dosage

**that's why proviron with Nolvadex is to prevent gyno and other unwanted side effects , while hormones stabilizing and without crashing e2**
When hormones are stable then you can start introducing AI (I'm against AI at this age and I would only use it if absolutely necessary).

You will grow plenty on that cycle maybe you'll get a little soft but I highly doubt it due to age genetics.

An advice for the future anadrol and you will be best friends in the future your physique screaming anadrol will get you pretty thick and big especially if you're lean with very minimal toxicity if any.

Spend your money on Test,Anadrol,Proviron,
You will grow plenty without side effects and probably not even a bad bloodwork. Cycle this for some years. These and you can also try tren buy a little later when you've got some more mass on you.
When it's time for shkw that's another whole story.
Bulk this year on testo drol and you'll see where you end and what y want to do.

Thank you so much for the helpful info ! I figured AI’s aren’t the best to mess with instead of just tapering up the test slowly. Ordering Proviron to supplement with nolva incase anything also anadrol for the future. So far no sides.
 
Testo have minimal sides if you cycle right.
Right I mean no more that you need.
When you inject more than you need then you're full of sides.
When you have Gained every last drop of gains from your dosage then you move higher and only then.
More testo = bigger
Too much testo = smaller (in fact looking smaller from all the estrogenic mush)
 
Your physique is fine. Those nice cholesterol/test numbers you pulled are not gonna look so good. 19 is to young, I was 22 and wanting to cycle but waited till 26. I’m glad I waited.
