First cycle. Test E and Dianabol

167 pounds
18-20% body fat (not sure)
On a 3500 calorie diet. Over 300grams protein daily. Carbs gradually go from 400grams to zero(once a week). Diet is being tracked

Weeks
1-12 500mg Testosterone Enanthate (250mg 2 times a week)
1-5 50mg Dianabol (everyday)
2-5 12.5mg Aromasin (everyday)
14-16 Clomid and Nolvadex



Not sure why I weigh almost 170. I've only been in the gym for a year but feel that I have a hard to putting muscle on. I think the use of some steroids and growth hormone are more beneficial than dangerous. This is something that I want to do. I'll start this cycle mid week (Wednesday).

If you're having trouble gaining weight it's because you're not eating enough, 3500 isn't really that much food.

You've only been lifting for a year...

I'll go ahead and state the obvious, you do not need steroids.... You need to further your knowledge.

I don't expect you'll listen but that doesn't mean you shouldn't hear it. Hope you figure things out, best of luck.

How about food?
Theres a McDonald's EVERYWHERE....Mcgangbang that weight up....

Op I started out way to small with AAS I could have gained a lot more naturally. I did a similar cycle that your planning now, and honestly the gains came quick but so did the sides. And I could have gotten to where I am no naturally without steroids and not had the acne and the hormones fucking up my system.
Just set a small goal for yourself before you start, like drop 10 pounds bf and gain 10 pounds of muscle. This small goal is deffidently doable within the next 4 months you would have spent cycling gear and pct. You'll thank yourself trust me.
 
OP you 6ft? You shouldn't be use gear man. You have a decent base, maybe like 14 % bodyfat you just skinny as hell. You don't need roids. I don't even believe that you eat 3500 calories with how skinny you are. Oh wait, you're 22. GL not having kids and being on TRT for life.

Did you say you are 167 lbs and eat 300 grams of protein?

you can kiss your kidneys good bye. And if you use gear on top of that with your high protein diet. You'll end up needing kidney transplant fosho.

Do more reading. You might need more knowledge on diet before you start anything.
 
22 is way too young for steroid usage especially if your body is still growing naturally, you are just going to stunt your natural growth when u come off them.

I've been bullshitting. Bought a 2017 camaro, working a lot. Haven't been consistent in the gym but decided that it's time for me to make time! Heading to the gym right now for leg day.

This won't be an in depth log. I'll come around once a week and let people now how I am, what I'm up to and progress pictures!!!!
