First cycle. Test E and Dianabol

Day after pip. From reading others opinions, I had believed it was painful. I actually enjoy the feeling.

That's awesome. Do you have a log that I can keep up with? I bet you're testosterone is in just about full effect!!! I can't wait for it!

I knew experienced users would advise me not to use aas, but the amount of spam is quite ridiculous.

I keep a written log on my phone, i figured I would post the whole thing up once I was done (or close)

To be honest, initially I had plenty to write, but after week 4, there isnt much to say other than the amazing and consistent increase in strength and endurance. I absolutely kill it on the day, but recovery is so rapid I then question if I trained hard enough.

It's definitely something that I've discovered needs a mental adjusting to.

When I post my log I'll be sure to let you know bro
 
It's 12:48am, day 4. Feeling bloated from the dianabol, I'm thinking that it hasn't even fully hit me yet but the strength increase was noticeable on day 2. I don't plan on altering the dosage at all, I want to stay at 50mg. I benched 180 lbs, 9 times tonight, I could only get it for 2 reps prior, it was basically my max. Going to do my 2nd injection when I awake.
 
02/24/17 going to put some extra work on my left side. Any suggestions on what I should do and target? Also considering dropping my clean Diet and just stuffing calories.

That's exactly what I am going to start doing, always being lean, ill take my chances at gaining some fat.
I think people are a little OCD going so strict on a clean bulk, I believe it'll just make the cut so much more worth it.

I had a nice 2000 calorie McDonalds sitting last night, bloody lovely!
 
I don't like the idea that you are working while on cycle, and your already having problems "going to the gym" at least be consistent before you start. Being young this maybe a bad start already.

I'd advise to take some days off of work. Focus on the gym only.


Subbed to this, keep flexing also. Everyone has some type of self body image problem and keep telling you not to flex. Lol
